Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

The main times I go to this Starbucks is early morning around 5:30AM. Every time I go, I see the same employee that’s working the cash register. Her service honestly sucks. One time she probably made me wait 5 minutes while she was chatting away to take my order. She’s also messed up my order several times. She doesn’t even bother to repeat back the order to see if everything is right cause I give her my order she puts something in then I get confused when a drink comes out that’s not what I asked for at all. One time I order a matcha and I get a vanilla latte. Another time I order a vanilla latte and I get a caramel macchiato. Make it make sense. I guess if you’re POC she won’t pay any attention cause there’s been times when she’s literally speaking to me and getting my order and turns away and talks to someone behind me. Maybe that’s why she keeps getting my order wrong who knows, but she should get her act together because she repeatedly makes mistakes but I don’t know if that’s...

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, the utensils and equipment looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite a while, but I decided to give the benefit of the doubt.

I ordered an iced chai with vanilla sweet cream, but the sweet cream barely tasted like the usual Starbucks sweet cream. Something was clearly off.

Then, while eating my sandwich, I noticed something black halfway through, which was strange, because I’ve ordered this sandwich many times before and never seen that. When I opened it, I found a black hair inside the sandwich. I have red braided hair, so it definitely wasn’t mine ,and even if it were, finding a hair inside the sandwich is completely unacceptable.

I paid $13 and couldn’t enjoy my food or drink. This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning in terms of hygiene. I won’t be returning to this location unless serious...

5 Star service & yummy pistachio latte! I asked the lady working at the register how much caffeine was in chai and matcha, she actually took the time to look it up for me. How sweet! Then I decided to go with a latte instead, we both agreed I needed a pick me up this evening. I like this Starbucks really well, I also like the Starbucks in Burke closer to home. Chai and Matcha lattes are so yummy but less than 100 mg caffeine. Review of this Starbucks in Annandale is solely for the excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. I know Starbucks is expensive, however you are getting what you pay for and if you don’t like your drink, just let them know and they will either make you a new one or different drink, at no cost (the one near my home is very accommodating to me and I know/like the team).
