If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I went to Even Keel for permanent jewelry in April of 2024. I was told by the lady that the gold filled jewelry will last and not tarnish. I don’t know what material I was given but it was not gold filled. Within maybe five months of having them I noticed they were tarnishing horribly. Fast forward to December, friends and family started pointing out how tarnished they were and they knew I got gold filled permenant bracelets and thought they were supposed to last. Long story short I took scissors and cut them off because they were turning black and looked disgusting. Not even having them for a year and to have to remove them because of how badly tarnished they got is disappointing to say the least, especially since these bracelets were pricey. Attached are photos. I went to a different permenant jewlery place and am very happy with my new bracelets the ones on the right are the ones from even keel and you can see the side by side difference. The other photo is a close up of one of the bracelets and you can see how tarnished it is and it is literally turning black. Also terrible customer service, I reached out to the lady to let her know politely how disappointed I am that I was falsely advertised for my bracelets to last and not tarnish, and I spend a lot of money on them, all for me to remove them a few months later. I love forever linked by even keel! Tricia is very knowledgeable and accommodating and super friendly and sweet! I’ve had my 2 permanent bracelets for quite sometime now, maybe 2-3 years or so and it is absolutely stunning! In this period of time, I’ve showered with them (and I have well water) been in the pool and ocean and have never had an issue with them tarnishing or falling apart! I can’t wait...
