It's very rare that we get breakfast from Chick-fil-A. This specific one is on the way to dropping my child off at school and I decided to bring home some breakfast to my other children, only to not have one of the meals for my youngest child. I wouldn't have been so upset, but there were only three cars ahead of me and one behind. They were not busy at all. There is no excuse as to why I was handed my bag with missing food. Anyway, I called for a refund, because I didn't want to waste another 47 minutes out of my day. Went through the process of getting a refund only to be told that I need to come in to get the refund because of "security reasons." I am not sure how the business refunding my card has anything to do with "security reasons." Anyways, I was pissed. Told them I'll be in and they should provide some gift cards for their failure to perform a simple task. Anyways, I dealt with Tiffany, the Assistant Manager. I asked her what the security reason was and she just said they don't do refunds over the phone. No apology, no here are some gift cards for your trouble, just a "have a good day." No, Tiffany, I am not having a good day. Cops were there getting their food, so I couldn't act a fool. After seeing some of the most recent reviews, it doesn't surprise me. I will be taking this matter up with corporate. They should really look into this location and maybe have some mandatory training. I don't care if it was just a meal missing. It's the extra time I had to take away from children's routine and getting them out the door in a timely manner. It's the extra 23 minutes I had to drive, both ways that I didn't have to drive. Not to mention the sandwich was cold when I got it. It was probably the one that was supposed to be given to me when I was there...

Another great Chick-fil-A experience. This was my first time so this location, but it'll most others, the food and service were top notch. Unfortunately it took a while to get to a parking spot due to the drive thru lines. But under we got around the drive thru we got a great spot right by the door. To avoid any hassles with three kids, we did app orders in the car. It worked it great, as it have is time to walk in, get everyone situated before our did was ready. The kids ordered four nugget kids meals with fruit cups and one apple juice and one milk. My wife and I ordered sandwiches, hers original and mine spicy, plus a largerl fry to split and the limited edition Orange Sunrise.l, plus two large ice waters. The kids nuggets were nice and hot, fruit cups well filled, and they gave us condiments for them. Our sandwiches were both hot, I asked for no pickles on the spicy and there were none. Fries hot and the container was filled up completely. The drinks were delivered in a carrier with straws. Water filled to max, Orange Sunrise filled up correctly. I was not a fan of the Sunrise, didn't like the mix of Simply Orange and ice cream. My wife loves it, drank hers and half of mine! So, it's a matter of preference. I do love the frosted lemonade and strawberry frosted lemonade (which you can always order). So, it's just the Simply Orange mix I didn't like. By the time we left, the drive thru line was done, so it was easy to get in and out. We had no complaints and will...

Bought my wife and 4 of my kids lunch there. Don't go out very often but was finally off from work today and decided to surprise everyone with lunch and milkshakes. Was handed my food and noticed immediately the milk shakes were all very small. Told the cashier these were supposed to be large. Then I was informed "they don't sell large, only smalls" at this location?

Looked at my receipt for like 60 bucks... for fast food lunch... and just shook my head and headed home.

Drove off back out of town to my home, got home and handed all the kids their food only to realized I was missing a meal completely. Kids got upset because we weren't going to eat without everyone. Called back to the Chick-fil-A and after a nice wait, told them they didn't give me my order and I was missing a meal and it would take me 20 minutes to get back. The lady there said she would replace my whole meal if I drove back to pick it up.

Drove 20 minutes back, waited in line. The manager canceled out my replacement order, put in a order for just the missing meal and had me wait another 10 minutes or so for them to replace it.

Get back home now over an hour after I out the order in... with an entire upset family 4 cold meals and 1 mildly warm meal.

This place ruined my weekend. Never going back here. Management is horrible. The lady on the phone was nice, sorry you had to get scolded for replacing my order, I saw that and I'm sorry, your boss...
