FRAUD ALERT! I placed an order online for a pair of Van’s for my daughter. Maybe one minute after placing it, I realized that the wrong color was purchased. I called the customer service line and was told that she could not see my order yet and that I would need to call back in 20mins to cancel the order. I called back in 15 mins and was told that the order could not be cancelled because it was too far in the process. I spoke with 2 agents and a supervisor who refused to cancel my order. The supervisor stated that the first agent I spoke to should have submitted my cancellation and that given she didn’t I would have to wait for the shoes to come and then request a return.
I know that I selected the right color because I asked my daughter before I clicked buy. The first agent informed that they did not have the color I wanted in stock. So I believe they switched the color at purchase and are denying cancellation of the order to keep my money. I know I am not the first person this has...
