Great service, great size selection, currently have a great clearance section, carried all sizes so you didn't have lots of missing options which is common in most stores. (Which is why we buy on line most the time.) They carry men and women athleticwear, if you think this is just for women, it's not. They had good customer service and will help size and fit you if you like to shop that way. The merchandise is very comfortable in spite of required movement with 4way stretch. They have dressy and casual office options as well as gym clothes. I like that they are thinking outside the gym. Got my eye on a rain coat. They are non cheap!! But they offer a military discount if you have your military card. (You can't buy Christmas gifts on that discount. They will check sizes and gender knowing if you are trying to do that. But for the service personnel, they get the discount.) Looks like 1 son gets this and the other does not. -and the one getting it has to go buy it...

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the experience exhibited extremely poor customer service. As I walked towards the back of the store I had to walk around, and almost into the clothing, to get past two associates having a conversation. Neither apologized nor tried to move out of the way for the customer. I came to the store to purchase a yoga mat. When I stood next to the cash register comparing mats, saying I needed help out loud, and physically touching the mats to try to understand, I was never asked if I needed help. Although this may not be a big deal to others, as someone who has worked previous retail jobs, when two associates are standing at the cash register having a conversation and never once check on a customer I think it is a complete failure in basic...

I had the best shopping experience in store with Asmaou! I'll be honest, the last few times I have come into Lululemon in annapolis I have been not greeted, or blown off by the sales staff. Tonight however I came in and the vibe was completely different. Asmaou was by the dressing room and helping to train a new associate. I was blown away by how positive and helpful she was while multitasking. Then at the register I had another great experience with a guy I didn't get the name of (educator # 99994000116633 from my reciept ) who helped pick out pants, recommended a backpack I ended up buying, and then informed me and my partner of a discount we didn't know we were elgible of. Overall great experience and really made me more likely to come back...
