I stood in this store for 20-25 minutes with 3 associates and 4 customers including myself. Only 2 of them were in store ahead of me. I was completely ignored the entire time. Even after they acknowledged and attended to the mother daughter duo that came in after me. Not even a "i'll be right with you."
Once an associate was free, she began straightening the store and I had to actively summon her to help me. It wasn't until AFTER my transaction was approved that she apologized for the wait with an awkward laugh. If I hadn't needed these boots for tomorrow, I would have walked out.
