Miniso — Local services in Annapolis

I visited the Miniso store in Annapolis Mall here in Maryland this evening. I walked in the store no one greeted me. In fact, the two employees that were running the store were standing around where the snacks were just chatting away with each other. Not even minding the customers in the store. So let me get to the point. I did make a purchase of two items. On my way out of the store, I noticed something that I didn't see while shopping. I immediately picked it up and took it to the register and asked if could I please exchange the item that I purchased, which was the same price. I was told that I could not exchange the item because it was a licensed product, and the return policy stated that. Mind you, I read the policy that was on the bottom of my receipt, and it stated nothing about that. when I pointed that out to the store employee, she said there was nothing she could do because the system would not let her go any further. I then asked for the manager. I was told that she was not available at the moment. I then asked when she would be available.the young lady stated that she may be available tomorrow. So I asked for the managers name and the phone number to the store and I was told they don't have a number to give me to the store. I then asked for an email to the corporate office. After giving me the run around, they finally gave me an email. I then asked again for the managers name and was told that there was no manager that ran the store, just supervisors. After all of that, the employee then stated that they could deny a return or an exchange at any time in which the policy does stata that at the very bottom. I never left the store. I litterly had just stepped away from the register. Are you confused at this point because I was in that moment. Needless to say, I will not be shopping there anymore. Although I like the products they sell, customer service is everything to me. I have read several reviews and quite a bit of them complain about the customer service. Word of advice we if you choose to shop there make sure you are solid on...

This store is adorable!! I was in love with seeing all of the items.. especially hello kitty! As a kid, I was a huge fan , and still secretly adore her as an adult hehe. The store is neatly set up and they have workers all around to keep the store organized and they’re ready to answer your questions. The store has everything including air fresheners, feminine products and more! I’d love to come back soon and get more stuff… not just stuff but...
