Pretty poor customer service, I’m uncomfortable with the way that I’ve been treated every time I have been to this location. I am a paying customer and I should be treated like one? I’m unsure as to why whenever I come into this store the employees are so unkind to me. It’s safe to say that the reviews you see about racial profiling are accurate. I think it’s bizarre how whenever a customer who is not a person of color walks in, they’re immediately greeted at the door and spoken to kindly. However, the handful of times that I have walked into this store and BOUGHT SOMETHING, the employees act passive aggressive and silent around me. This is a great Hallmark shop! The store is stocked to the brim with collectables, gifts, decorations for every holiday or occasion, t-shirts, stuffed animals, party paraphernalia, and not to mention greeting cards galore! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and so helpful! 5 Stars...
