Uncaring rude people. How would you feel if your trash was piling up in your yard for "almost" three weeks. 60 dollars paid and no trash can and of course nothing but rude interactions. Everytime I have spoke to someone they have not even attempted to help me because why would it matter to anyone of them that we have nowhere to put our trash? I was told there is nothing they can do about the fact that I paid money for a service I cant use and to reach out to a councilman. I have never seen such a lack of human empathy from a company in my life. I wish I had never started service with these people. From the first interaction they were rude. I hope yall have the day...

Anniston city do not want to see any black owned businesses in the area! They treat hard working entrepreneurs like criminals!! Still following those same old Jim Crow laws! I called 10 times and tried every department, still no answer. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak with someone about transferring my trash service. WHY CAN'T YALL PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE DURING YOUR POSTED...
