My boyfriend and I went there for all you can eat crab legs on Valentine’s Day and left extremely disappointed. We both got our first “basket” of crab legs and things were looking/tasting good. We finished our first round of crab legs then waited a good 20 minutes for our waiter to even stop by our table to check in on us and so we could order more. Reminder, it’s “all you can eat”. Our waiter was helping all the surrounding tables besides us. After about 25 min our waiter brought out a small plate with maybe a pound of crab legs on it for my boyfriend and I to SHARE!? Again, it’s “all you can eat” and we also have been here before for the all you can eat and our experience has always been good. I don’t wanna share my crab legs…sorry? After that small disappointing plate, it took another 20ish min for our waiter to stop by our table even tho he walked past us many times ignoring us. We got another small plate to share then waited around some more then finally gave up and asked for our bill and we were out of there. We were there for over 2 hours and left hungry still. Maybe the waiter was having a bad day but come on man, that’s an expensive date night for...
Read moreThe venue was great. They kept changing what they were going to do for us. When we first met them they seemed nice and friendly. Everything seemed perfect but then we ran into problems and for us trying to plan a wedding we almost got to the point where we wanted out but the wedding was to close to do that. For instance we were told they would help us with our decorations and then they said they wouldnt unless we were to pay them. Then i told them during our wedding to dim the lights but the light were on all night and never dimmed even while we were dancing. I loved the venue and the food its a pretty place but we didnt really get the love we wanted. Also the bar tender left at 1030 our dj told us last call i was shocked to see a bar tender leave early when we had the venue till 1 in the morning not really sure why they would leave early with a half of a cager left that we paid for to have free drinks at the wedding. Any way i dont like to bash on a company like this. I just writing how i...
Read moreMother’s Day Brunch 2023. Transparency disclaimer: I have not been to a (in my opinion) pricey brunch buffet in a long time, so it may be that this is now what you get. Our party of 10 (9 adults at $49, 1 child at $30) was crowded onto a round, banquet table meant for 8 (our server even apologized when we were seated). I had foregone my morning OJ and coffee in anticipation. I fetched my OJ in a plastic cup and my coffee was in styrofoam. Water was in a glass goblet, but I had to cut my prime rib with a butter knife. Dessert was available on plastic plates with plastic flatware. There were tip jars at the omelet and prime rib carving stations. Finally - a whopping 20+% banquet gratuity ($110.49) was added to the bill. To the best of my recollection, I did not see the mandatory gratuity anywhere on their website and an internet search suggested 10% was a more reasonable buffet tip. Three stars, because, just maybe, that’s all you...
