6:50 p.m. 8-14-17 we entered the KFC. There were about 6 customers seated inside. We waited for approximately 4 minutes at the cashier station for someone to come and take our order. We commented that we thought we were invisible as 3 staff members just walked by us behind the counter not even acknowledging we waiting to place our order. We came their to have the buffet, because generally KFC chicken is good. Two of us took a piece of extra crispy and original chicken each. There was a selection of about 4 pieces in each container. When we sat down to eat the chicken was cold. I returned to the counter to ask for some hot chicken. The young man brought some hot chicken and placed it in with the cold chicken. Not even bothering to remove the cold chicken. I went back to our table to eat what we got. The chicken was actually quite good. I then returned to see if they had any deserts. The did have what appeared to be the remains of apple crisp. I asked the attendant if he would eat what was in the container. The attendant shook his head and replied "No". It looked disgusting. You could have scraped the sides of the container and maybe got a cup full of the stuff. I asked him if he could get some for me. I had to ask as he made no motion to get any. I then asked if I could speak to the manager. I said that I was very displeased with the quality of the food. The chicken was cold to which she replied that oh the water must be low on the buffet table. I then told her that the law requires the food to be served hot. She then made some weird comment that the same food is served to the people in the drive thru. I am not sure what this had to do with anything. I asked her how she would feel about spending close to $20 for what was being served. She remained silent. She then apparently wanted to show me that she was concerned about the quality of the food and had the attendant throw out the chicken that had just been placed on top of the cold chicken. Well by now I think everyone gets the point. Don't waste your time going to this place. One star is too many. Staff is inattentive. Read moreSo I ordered through the KFC app. I normally don't order delivery anymore. I set it for 11:45am delivery. I realized about 15 minutes in to double check the delivery address. For whatever reason it defaulted to my home address. As I was checking that the cancel button on the app disappeared. So I called the store. This is at 11:06. They told me that they couldn't cancel it because that it had already been picked up. Which is now 39 minutes before it's supposed to be there. My work and home is about 5-10 minutes away. I asked them why so early was it delivered and made. The employee didn't have an answer he even volunteered that it should have been picked up at 11:25 according to their records so that food was made very early. I wouldn't even gather that when I placed the order at about 10:45 it was made at 10:45. So I also called corporate because the store said they couldn't do anything for me. I talked with corporate and got pretty much the same answers. An apology and will note that in our records. I was upset and I was like hey I don't get this and I was probably animated on the phone. Well she hung up on me. So I'm not happy worst customer experience ever that order should not have been picked up that early and I should have been able to have time to correct the mistake that I have made. Yes, it was my mistake for not checking the delivery address. But that order should not have been made that early and picked up and delivered that early the delivery time was at 11:22. 20 minutes early. What's the point of selecting a delivery time if it's not going to be delivered at least within 5 minutes of it. Will not be using the app or even going to this KFC again. Read moreWe went for lunch and ordered from the drive thru. Received our food and looked at it as we knew it was 2:45 in the afternoon. It looked like the food was put in the fryer again. Extremely dark and burnt looking. I didn't even drive away. We just told them that we would be able to take it because it looked burnt. My mom has trouble with chewing and enjoys the original recipe. The woman looked annoyed but she could make more but it would be 30min. I told her I would just take a refund. The manager was called over (Jaslyn) she was cold and also annoyed but gave the refund and told me I would get the refund in 5 to 7 days. They didn't give a receipt so after I left I decided that I would turn around and request one as I felt uncomfortable the handling by the manager and I didn't want to have to dispute the charge if I didn't get the money back. She said that she didn't have a way to give me a receipt but she had the one the store would use so I was able to take a picture of it. She was still upset and before I left decided that she should tell me that the food wasn't burnt and she had just made it. I told her that it did look burnt and if not that it had been re fried. She continued to repeat her statement. I asked for her store number but she said she didn't have it. She is not manager material. I just didn't want food that was not worth my money or eating. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Food can be remade, its ok for it to be old at that time of day. It is not ok to treat someone poorly because for some reason you are offended by the request. Jaslyn could use more training for her position. She isn't ready to manage people...
