I don't usually write negative reviews as I try to be understanding that mistakes happen but nowadays it seems there's some issue or another every time I visit this location (e.g. missing items, wonky quesadilla cuts or just forgetting to cut it at all). One occasion that stuck out to me was when the Decades special was going I ordered 3 meximelts but when I got home to check the bag there were only 2. Ok that's fine, I'll just go back and ask for the missing meximelt. But trying to get the workers attention was awkward if not annoying because one of them made eye contact with me but didn't even acknowledge me. Instead he just tries to get the attention of who I assume was the shift lead. He suddenly appears from around a corner and gives me a curt "What's the problem?" I explain my situation and then he turns around and orders his staff to make my missing meximelt and that was the end of our interaction, not once bothered to even offer an apology. I don't expect any special treatment or freebies because of mistakes being made but a little apology goes a long way. A few years ago was a different story. I ordered nachos and cheese with my order but was missing the cheese. I go back and not only did they give me the missing cheese cup they gave me an extra order of nachos and cheese which was a pleasant surprise and was very grateful for but more importantly the people there then at least acknowledged me and offered an apology. I don't want to have to resort to driving farther out just to get taco bell because this location is very convenient for me. This past weekend, my family and I made a huge order because we were hungry. Yes, it was ordered at night, but it was not closing time yet, and they were not busy. I ordered for pick up, and when I arrived at the drive-through window and gave my name, they told me that my order had already been picked up. I was confused because I did for pick up and not delivery. The worker suggested I call Door Dash Customer Service, and so I did. The CS Rep said she would call the restaurant and ask what happened and had me wait on the line. She came back and told me that my order was canceled because the workers said due to "missing ingredients" and asked if I would like to cancel and refund.
If the order was canceled, why didn't they cancel it via Door Dash? My order said it was completed and ready for pick up.
If the order was canceled, why did they tell me that my order had already been picked up? I gave my name and spelled it out, and they confidently said it was picked up.
If the order was canceled due to "missing ingredient," why couldn't we have adjusted our order or just be honest when we pulled through drive-through?
I understand it was late, but I was there physically, and it was not busy. I not only wasted MY time, but my family members as well. What a waste of time!!!

There have been multiple times where I feel ill after eating at this specific location. I dont know why this is. It is very strange. I don't have any issues at the Monticello Taco Bell! Unfortunately, this is the location along my usual route. However, not even the local convenience will persuade me to stop in anymore, at this point. My orders have been consistently unacceptable for as long as I can remember.
Last visit, I specifically added sour cream to my chili cheese burritos, and ended up with more lettuce in the burrito than the sour cream **I PAID EXTRA FOR! Lettuce isnt even supposed to be in those cooked burritos to begin with!!! Ick!
I will include a picture with my extra sour cream. I had ordered 4 of these chili cheese burritos. This is the burrito that - by far - had the MOST sour cream inside. It was all squirted on to one end, so half of the burrito was bare. Remember: this was the BEST ONE I received. Not acceptable when I paid extra for these!
