We were preparing dinner when the power went out, so I said "how about Mc Ds?" given that our young ones love the thrill of a happy meal still. My wife, however, wanted something else. A quick look led to Culver's and I figured "What the heck".
My wife ordered ahead to simplify, but that meant I was driving to the Anoka store as Champlin didn't seem to have online ordering. The ordering was not Super intuitive, but not terrible, and we figured it would mean warmer food and shorter wait.
I got there 15 minutes after the order was placed or so and my wife pressed the "I'm here" in the email (at home, I was getting the food after she ordered). I waited 15 minutes or so (it was busy and I'm pretty low key and patient generally) and then texted my wife to ask if there were more instructions in the online response. Not really. She forwarded me the email and I pushed the "I'm here" button. I waited another 5 minutes and pushed it again. Just as I was about to go in to see if the system was just failing, a guy brings out some bags. I thank him and drive home as I am now VERY hungry given the extra 30 minutes or so I was waiting.
My wife looks and counts 5 burgers. There are 6 of us. Of course we think "Oh no, did we screw up the order?!"
Nope. And of course it's My burger that's missing. Then we realize we are also missing a large cheese curds. Also, it's all cold. Not luke warm, cooler than air temp. Like it sat out in AC for 30 minutes instead of being brought out to me.
I call to at least get a refund for the missing sandwich and curds, and maybe suggest they work on online order fulfillment. No answer. Goes to voice-mail that says it's full, enter the PIN. I figure I dialed wrong.
Nope. Number on the receipt matches what's on Google and what I dialed. I try 2 more times after supper (I had a sandwich) with the same result.
Needless to say, if the survey doesn't get a call back or email, this goes to a 1*, and it would likely be the first I've ever given.

To whom it may concern, Today my wife walked in with my 7-year-old son to order his lunch when she walked in there were 2 employees and NO CUSTOMERS in the restaurant the guy by the drive-thru window told her "My wife" would be right back with you and after that the young lady told her same thing that she will be back with her, my wife was standing by the register close to the window where was the guy "staff" standing after a while customers stary walking is still my wife standing by the cash register when the guy "employee" was done he passed my wife and went to the other cash register and start taking orders from the customer who walked after my wife. My wife at that moment was just looking at him my little son told my mom why he didn't take our order my wife "lied" to my son and told him because we were not ready that's why, just to let you know my wife is wearing hijab so you can tell that she's a Muslim so the way I look at it either he was racist or discrimination but I'm sure he saw her when she walked in first. He started taking orders he took 2 orders then the young lady (another employee) told him that my wife was here first and he should take her order first, my wife didn't want to make a big deal and make a scene at the restaurant she was acting normal in front of my son. This kind of behavior it's unacceptable and I'm not making a review to get a free meal, I'm writing this just to let this type of person respect other people I believe when you hire staff one of your training is diversity and this gentleman he needs to be retrained thank you. Read moreI was ordering dinner and asked for a garden fresco salad with grilled chicken. Mid order they switched out staff so when I got my salad I can see the first staff person didn't click on the grilled chicken part. It was fine, it happens. My problem is the way one of the female (appeared to be) managers handled the situation. I was already being helped, an employee was already talking to the kitchen about getting a grilled chicken breast going for me. Manager came up, "what's going on here?!" I explained the situation. She scolded the employees in front of me for switching out staff earlier at the register. Should have been handled away from the customer. The female manager hollered back to the kitchen "chicken breast ASAP!" The kitchen staff replied but I couldn't make out what they said. She then replied to them "because we like to give stuff away here!" In a very negative tone.
I know what I ordered, I always order that. Not at this location. Won't be back here. Salad was lacking lettuce, onion rings were dry and old. I don't think they made them when I ordered them. They could really use...
