From the first day we entered Arizona Wholesale Floors we were satisfied with and impressed by the quality materials that were on the showroom floor and the owners who spent time letting us browse, answering our questions, and then giving us pointers about why one product was superior over another. Because of their experience in handling what we consider the finest products on the market, we were able to make choices with their expert help and to buy what we can enjoy with fewer restrictions and maintenance. This is important for us as we are in our retirement years and want to do less work and have more fun. One more thing, we were always given pricing options in our favor and felt they were more concerned about us than making a large profit on the deal.

When scheduling the installations, they did everything possible to work with us so that other workmen making changes in our home could finish their jobs before the flooring was installed. We have not had this luxury on other installations. This business is family owned and we believe we were given considerations that larger flooring stores and depots cannot or do not offer.

When it came time for the laminate flooring to be laid, we could not have been more pleased with the efficiency of the workers who methodically did their installation with little conversation--they just knew what each had to do next and we were surprised at the speed and accuracy with which they worked. They arrived promptly, were most respectful of our home, courteous, and cleaned up the site very well afterward. The result was most professional looking and we are so pleased with the result.

The second installation was carpet in two bedrooms and closets. Two different carpet layers did the carpet installation and were just as proficient and professional as the first two workers. They did not even take a lunch break and worked steadily until they were finished, cleaning up and vacuuming the area so it too needed no attention from us after they left. We just sat and enjoyed all the floors because they were so functional and beautiful.

We felt like we had made friends with the people at Arizona Wholesale Floors when we paid the balance and left the store for the last time. We want others to consider Arizona Wholesale Floors when looking at flooring or carpet and we trust your shopping and buying experience will be a satisfying one too. I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to write this one because of the amazing experience we had with Arizona Wholesale Flooring. This company is truly built on honesty, integrity, customer service, and satisfaction. The owners, Nathan and Krissa, are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Their support and patience during our selection/order/installation process was a blessing. Months prior to the completion of our house, we researched carpet companies. After visiting other showrooms, talking to sales people, and getting measurements and quotes, we visited the Arizona Wholesale Flooring showroom in Apache Junction…a family run business. We were immediately aware that Krissa knows carpet as she thoroughly and honestly answered every question we had about the various manufacturers and styles. We asked for several samples which were ordered immediately and arrived within days. Nathan’s measurements and carpet ordered were spot on. He did not add unnecessary extra yardage like with other companies we received quotes from, which was a big cost savings. Installation began just as scheduled. A manufacturer’s defect in the carpet, which required us to reorder/reselect, was immediately addressed. Nathan and Krissa couldn’t have been more supportive. Even though they would only get a credit from the manufacturer rather than a refund should we choose to not reorder the same carpet or order another selection from the same manufacturer, they encouraged us to pick whatever carpet we wanted knowing it might mean they would have to front the money for our new carpet should we choose to go with another company. We were now up against a timeline with regard to installation…my husband’s parents, who are in their late 80s, were arriving in less than a week to live with us. Due to Krissa’s immediate action, the carpet arrived within 2 days of our deadline. Nathan had a full crew of installers here with additional help arriving in the afternoon. Our 2 day job was done in one day and looks amazing! Nathan and Krissa did everything to encourage, reassure, support and make this process the very best it could be. If you want tile we can't recommend them highly enough!  They did a beautiful job at 40-50% less (no joke) than every other place we contacted, and the level of service every step of the way was great.  After 5 quotes and high pressure sales pitches from other less than reputable outfits, we decided to stop in Arizona Wholesale Flooring's showroom.  So glad we did!  The selection was unbelievable and had us rethinking the color direction we wanted to go.  We were removing carpet that previous owners' pets had left unsalvageable and decided on wood-look porcelain tile (for the sake of our own pets and sanity).  Owners Nathan and Krissa let us browse on two separate occasions with zero pressure, explained some things about each of the ones we were considering that really influenced our decision ( i.e. Krissa warned the darker one would be "busy" which I appreciated) let us take samples home and gave us inexpensive tips on cleaning and pretreating the sub-flooring ourselves that worked like a charm.  You'd never know a pet had ever been in this house!  Nathan himself then came to measure and after seeing our home helped us decide the lighter tile was a better match.  We decided on a well-known tile brand that was on special and it ended up being a perfect match, just gorgeous installed.  As for the installation the gentlemen they sent to lay the tile have over 15 years of experience.  Polite, professional and their work is flawless.  We had a tricky curved catwalk type area and it looks really cool.  A separate carpet team was sent on the last day to make the transition from tile to our carpeted bedrooms.  They even fixed an extra area that needed repair!  We were looking forward to this tile mainly to just be rid of the carpet but had no idea how beautiful and upscale it was going to look.  It's like having a brand new house.  Don't hesitate to use these guys!  From initial encounter to installation we couldn't be happier with...
