Called last week regarding a purchase made - item was defective, bought several other items that were fine. Also, before I called them I had already contacted the manufacturer who informed me to call the store I purchased the item from. Spoke to an employee who was condescending and just rude, totally unwarranted and unnecessary. I explained that I had washed the item as directed and it shrunk. Not their fault, nor mine but they wouldn't hear it. Bc of Covid they will not credit or stand by the defective item. Umm, it's your store and these are the items you are selling - some stores are adding days to policy bc of Covid. Asked to speak to manager, they weren't there, left name and number. Manger didn't call on Monday so I called on Tuesday. Manger stated that the store couldn't credit or help. Now I'm out $70+ bc I bought a defective item....

Not sure what has happened here but I feel like it’s due to excessive fear , masking and coronavirus . They seem afraid for you to be there and then overreact. For instance , we were the only people In the entire store . They did not make us feel welcome but yet made a big deal about us not initially wearing a mask which seemed unnecessary since once again we were the only 2 people in the store. We walked In Planning to purchase a few items which probably would have totaled a few hundred dollars. It seems to me with the way businesses are struggling they would be happy to see customers. Read moreI have been a long time customer and spent thousands of dollars here over the years but I will never step foot in this store again. We were there today to by 2 pair of Costa sunglasses and various other items when an employee approached us and said that masks were mandatory in there store. For certain reasons I cannot wear a mask but the employee was not interested. When we said we would have to go elsewhere to spend our money she simply replied “ thats fine, goodbye.” I have seen several other reviews about how poorly they treat there customers and today I experienced it firsthand. It’s such a shame that businesses like this let fear dictate how they operate. If they are so afraid of the virus and of customers maybe they should just close until they get there...
