Terrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude. My daughter and I came in to return a romper that my daughter bought 2 weeks prior. She accidentally got the wrong size. Tag still in place. The cashier told her they donât do refunds and she could exchange it for something else in the store but now that romper is on clearance so she would only give her an exchange for the cost of the romper now. (3 dollar difference). The whole time the cashier with a very bad attitude. They didnât have the size my daughter needed so she found a hat that was 3 dollars more (would have been the exact same price as what she originally paid for the romper). My daughter pulled out her card to pay the three dollar difference and the cashier told her she canât do an exchange with a card. It would have to be cash so my daughter told her she would run to the bank to get cash. (Seems crazy The cashier wouldnât just call it and even trade since that was the exact price my daughter paid for the romper). So after my daughter ran to the bank to pay her her three dollars, she just hands my daughter the hat. My daughter asked if she could put it in a bag (just a cheap store bag) and the cashier said.â Iâm sorry I donât remember you bringing in your item in a bag.â Gave her a terrible attitude the whole time and then about a bag.?!!    Read moreMy new favorite store in Appalach! Found something new each time I came in. Loved their beach decor and their Christmas ornament selection. Even though we had a long line behind us, the lady who rung up our purchase asked if we'd like to come back in a few minutes because she wanted to make sure everything was packaged well for our trip home. So thoughtful! And when we came back, she greeted us immediately with everything wrapped up securely. Everything made it home in pristine condition. Thank you so much!! See you next year đ
Ok, so I've seen negative posts about breaking things in the store and having to pay for them. That has not been our experience! My son broke a toy and when I brought it to the cashier to pay for it, she absolutely wouldn't let me and insisted he get a new toy. They are the BEST! Shop local! (There were no signs stating that and it was an innocent accident) The cost was under 10$ and she then was more irritated that I had to use a credit card, (as witnessed by others in the line). I just called and asked to speak to the manager, and found out it was the owner/manager that I interacted with that day. She reiterated her right to charge me for an ornament theater I canât repair and then denied her behavior. She remembered the situation immediately with an attitude and said if you donât like it, donât shop here anymore and hung up. Well I definitely wonât, and wonât recommend this shop to anyone else.
