Horrible. If you go in person, you're able to choose your own sponge. If you order it, they pick out the smallest one they can find and ship it out three days after you order it. If you call to ask if it can be returned, you're given the runaround about everything. I asked specifically for a 7 inch sponge and the one I received is significantly smaller.
