I just moved to the area a couple months ago and I just started going to oasis because it was 5 minutes down the road from my house and it has been the best decision yet!!!! I usually get acrylic on my big toes because my left big toe always have a crack which cause my whole nail to come off and it would be really short and ugly and nobody wants one short big toe and one long lol but anyways long story short I went into oasis’s requesting my regular a pedicure and told her I would like acrylics added to my big toes she immediately asked me why I wanted acrylics on my toe nails and educated me on why I shouldn’t do so she even told me that if I just waited my toe nail will eventually grow back so I told her my situation she told me right away that the acrylics could’ve been the reason for the multiple cracks in my big toe nail which Other nail techs failed to educate me on they just took my money so I am very appreciative of her and I was patient like she told me waited for my toe nail to grow back and now look at them all mine both big toes are the same length GEL and NO CRACKS!!!!!! I have been to multiple nail places and I can say oasis is the one and only place that has educated me assured me and gave me best results every time and there GEL is stronger than ever NO CRACKS thank you so much you got a forever customer -Tiffany

Since I moved to Apex, I had been to 2 other nail salons. I was incredibly displeased with those two, so I didn't have high hopes for Oasis, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wanted an acrylic full set with gel polish. Cindy convinced me to get nail art and I'm so glad I did. She is such an artist! It was a little more money than I had planned to spend, but worth every penny. She asked if I wanted a pedicure, but I'd already discussed getting pedicures with my husband, so I declined that that day. However, I loved my nail experience so much, my husband and I came the very next day for pedicures. It was, again, a great experience! Cindy did nail art on my toes that matched my nails from the day before. My husband had a wonderful experience with Kay doing his pedicure, too, and decided to get a manicure, as well. All in all, Cindy and Kay took great care of us. I already can't wait to come back for my fill in :) Go see Cindy for your nails. You won't be disappointed!

I had a 1:00pm appointment that the salon confirmed. I called to let them know I would be running 15 mins late and the guy stated that it was fine because they were running a little behind. I arrive at the salon around 1:30 and checked in. I was there for a soak off and a full set, I wasn’t seated in a chair to soak off until 2:30 pm. I then was left to soak my fingers and nails for 45 mins in acetone. When I asked them could they just complete the soak off and then I’ll pay, the lady who was doing a set next to me instructed me me to start removing my own acrylic with the paper towel. Then guy then turned to me and said he told me it was a wait, however you did not instruct me that it was an over 2 hour wait. They should’ve stopped accepting appointments. On top of that, they take way too long to do nails, and they aren’t that great! I will never return here, it’s not worth it!

I moved to Raleigh recently and this was the first nail salon that I came to. I’m a 2026 bride and getting engagement photos done this weekend. I went in for a full set, having no idea what I wanted since I don’t typically get my nails done. I was paired with Alex as my nail tech, and he asked if I had any inspiration photos. I said no, just something simple and round.

Throughout the process, he kept checking in, asking how they looked. Since I didn’t see anything wrong, I said they were great, and we kept moving forward. But as soon as he applied the color, I realized I should have spoken up—I just struggle with communicating things like this. The color I originally picked ended up looking unflattering and didn’t complement the shape of my nails. On top of that, while they were round, they were a little too pointy for my taste, making my fingers look shorter than I’d like. But instead of saying anything, I smiled, said they looked great, and left.

When I called my sister, she insisted I go back and have them fixed, but I was determined to fix them myself. I got home, grabbed a nail file, and started reshaping them—only to make things worse. That’s when I also realized I had forgotten to ask about my cuticles, so I tried pushing them back myself, which just added to my frustration. At that point, I finally decided to call the salon, and they told me to come back because Alex wanted to fix them. I immediately felt so relieved. I know this isn’t the biggest deal in the world, but I was genuinely considering postponing our engagement pictures because my nails didn’t look the way I wanted.

When I arrived, the owner greeted me and explained how to communicate exactly what I want to get the best results. Since I have shorter nail beds, certain styles look different on me, which I hadn’t considered before. Alex helped me achieve the look I wanted by leaving the sides unpainted to make my nails appear longer, and the final result looked amazing.

Moral of the story: Speak up with your nail tech! If something isn’t what you envisioned, let them know—they can’t read your mind. Lesson learned, and Oasis Nail Bar officially has a new returning customer.

Alex, thank you so much. I will always remember your kindness when I look back at...

I came here about a week ago and asked for acrylics. I heard great things about it. I started with one person doing my nails, and then she got up and left mid acrylic application, and no one came to me for like 15 mins. She started doing someone else's nails. A guy finally came to me and continued. When I asked for gel, he put 2 coats on one hand and one coat on the other, I don't know if there's supposed to be a base coat or a top coat for their polish, but the last nail salon I went to did a base and a top coat. He only put the color on. He got up a lot and I ended up finishing 20 minutes after my friend who started at the same time as me, and the girl next to me started 20 mins after me, finished before me, and got her acrylics done. He made a few of my nails crooked and I asked him to fix it, and then he told me they were fixed but they were still crooked. On the side that he only put one coat of polish on you can see the uneven color. They told me on the phone it was $40, and I understand the extras will total the cost, but it ended up being $73 dollars which is fine, if they had made my nails even, and if I hadn't sat there for so long because of the constant leaving. They were very friendly and the pictures online are nice but I'm not happy. The reason I'm writing this is because my nail just broke in half when I scratched my arm barely and the gel is peeling off of them and it's been about a week. I've had acrylics last for 3 weeks. The ones I do at home that you glue on, (no acrylic) last...

After arriving for my appointment I was taken over 1 hour later. 1/2 of my daughters who was also included in the appointment was not seen until I was half way through my pedicure. My other daughter was seen last when we were both done. Not once did someone check in. Extremely unprofessional. Salon floors and tables were dirty and just all over the place. Staff is not friendly. The tech who took my daughter kept stopping every 5 minutes to work on someone else or disappeared all together. Save your money and avoid this place.

  • Reply to the disrespectful lying response from this amateur business* Your disrespectful and unprofessional response to every review that states the clear truth of what goes on inside that salon shows your lack of respect for customers. Stop lying and arguing when you read the true feedback of customers you show horrible customer service to. If I didn’t have an appointment I would have not gone. I have proof of our 2 minute phone call that proves you took time to confirm 4 pm was okay for an appointment. Never once did you say you don’t take appointments holiday weekends. Trust me I would never step foot or recommend your unsanitary salon. You will hear from the board of health because I will be reporting you. Learn how to have empathy and better communication skills. Thankfully there are many better salons than your dump. You’re a miserable business owner and it...
