I didn’t have time to take the drink back like I typically would because of work and Halloween prep. I returned this morning with a full drink and receipt and was told they only took the drink back same day. This isn’t my first time taking a drink back the next morning and quite frankly I’ve always been greeted with a smile and a remake. The manager, Ang, told me that I could not get a remake since I did not call or return within the same day. As if, Starbucks is supposed to be on the top of my priority list.
After going back and forth for a little while, Ang finally agreed to remake the drink. But the hassle has left a bad taste in my mouth. Worse than the drink that was made incorrectly. Took an order at drive thru, left and came back, told me the ticket never printed, then asked the guy to make the coffees. I was given a coffee I didn’t order. I parked and went in so as to not tie up the drive thru any longer. The employee I spoke to told me it was what I ordered. I stated that it wasn’t and the employee at the drive-thru was horrible. Manager stated she would not make me a coffee. She asked another employee. I waited five more minutes then went to the manager and asked if I was going to get the coffee.
