Literally made me feel like I was bothering them for asking questions and requesting a specific order. I always order from here on the app and just pick up. Today when I went inside to grab my order I wanted to add to it with some garlic knots. When I went to order I wanted to know if it could be done without adding the Parmesan. As I’m mid sentence asking her the question the young lady at the front cuts me off and says “what’s the name on the order”. I say to her I don’t even know if I’m going to order yet, I have a question first. So I ask her if it could be done without the Parmesan and she says yes. Next thing I hear her saying no garlic seasoning so I’m like wait why not the garlic and she then tells me that the Parmesan is mixed in.🤦🏽♀️ I then ask to switch my order to just the plain 10 piece breadsticks then I hear the men preparing the food make this huge sigh and another say “ Yeah I know, I know” with me standing directly in front of them. Like what’s really the issue?!? They hadn’t even started with the order yet. They deliberately made me feel like my request was an issue. The young lady in the front clearly had an attitude and was rude. She was also extra rude to the young man who was working at the counter with her. You could tell he was still learning.
To top it all off, once I get my “10 piece” breadsticks they look as if they deliberately gave me un proportioned breadsticks. I can understand them not all being equal in size but these are way off.
If you’re going to order from here just do it online or on the app because their people skills and customer service/experience...
Read moreOnly put a star so I could write this review… Do yourself a favor and go to Marcos pizza or Pizza Hut! Ohhhh Papa Johns… We ordered 1 large 3 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and jalapeño (extra jalapeño duh) and the other 1/2 anchovies, bacon, pineapple and tomatoes (extra tomatoes).
They delivered us 1/2 pepperoni and other 1/2 pineapple, tomatoes, bacon andddd black olives…
When we called the restaurant back, they said it would be an hour! I didn’t ask for my pizza to be made wrong… the manager stated “I don’t know who made the pizza”… do you not have a schedule to reference?? It is absurd that I am put in the back of the line because of someone else inability to read or make a pizza. The manager should at least could of offered to coach the employee who messed up so bad… take accountability for the screw up.
Now it has been over 1.5 hours since we called papa johns and guess what lol...
Read moreWe paid for our pizza over the phone. The store charged more to our card than the agreed price. Only a few dollars more but it's still an unauthorized amount. The person on the phone said his books were off by more than what I owed.
I called them back to ask for a refund and they offered to drive the difference to my house OR they would take our name and number to give us a 'discount' on our next order as long as we called the order in.
Alarm bells are going off in my head that none of this is above the board and corporate is unaware. So I asked to speak to the manager and he offered me a refund on the card for 6 dollars, more than the difference I was charged but I agreed.
I haven't seen the refund to my card and I don't expect it. If I don't see it within 10 days I will dispute the entire purchase with my credit card company.
Either way, I will not order from this...
