I came in on a Saturday evening with my husband and 2 children. I think the restaurant itself is nice inside and the food was pretty good. It’s incredibly cold in there though-the coldest restaurant I’ve been to in a long time or perhaps ever been to.(It’s pretty uncomfortable even with a hoodie and pants on. They definitely need to adjust the temp. It was enough to make me not want to come back and dine there and my family agreed.) The staff working up front was fairly awkward overall and didn’t seem very people friendly for the most part (and there were several people up there working.) If I were a manager or owner of a restaurant, those are not the employees I’d pick to have up front to greet and help customers. They don’t give you enough of the food portion you ask for (example-we ordered a plate of half orange chicken and half honey sesame chicken and they barely put a spoonful of the honey sesame on there. It was literally just a couple of bites worth.) You have to unfortunately and uncomfortably ask them to please put more on your plate when you shouldn’t have to. Their noodles are LOADED with onions to the point where there’s hardly any noodles and it’s mostly just the onions. I also had to ask for some fortune cookies because they didn’t remember to give us any as we checked out. Towards the end of eating our meal, we encountered two teenage boys sitting diagonal from us who were literally continuously and obnoxiously vaping INSIDE of the restaurant. I got up and approached 2 employees who were standing together to inform them of what was happening (no one was in line to be helped at that moment so it was a perfect opportunity to speak to them.) They again were awkward. One of them seemed hard of hearing so I stopped trying to tell both of them and just focused on the one who could hear me. She rudely and strangely didn’t respond to me about it; she just looked at the boys and then looked back at me and then down at the food in front of her to stir it. It was weird and unprofessional, especially because these were adults that were working and capable of communicating and responding in an appropriate manner. Anyhow, I went to sit back down with my family and the staff never said anything to the boys. It was a...
Read moreJust came back home opened the take out. 3 entree and side. I ordered kung pao, broccoli beef, angus steak (premium side). Instead of angus steak, they packed string beans chicken. And the quantity of food is barely one can eat. I have eaten here past 2 weeks on weekends during lunch hours and this is my first bad experience . I dont think I will ever eat here . There are lot many restaurants in the triangle who serve consistent quality and quantity food and who would like their customers to come back. The underlined word is "consistent".
Edit. I called the store and just spoke with the gentleman who answered the phone there. If you are reading this post , I do appreciate you suggesting I could come back ask for him and he would make up for my bad experience. But a customer lost is customer lost for ever. A customer is not going to drive 10 miles to come to your store to get a free entree. If management ever read these reviews, I want to make it known, why some restaurants go out of business . Most of the time, , it is because of the idiots put behind the counter, who do not have a sense of belonging. They dont care about your business or your store. They are working there today, elsewhere tomorrow.
Bottom line is : There are restaurants you would go back and be a repeat customer. There are restaurants you would eat once and next thing you know, you are on google to post about your bad experience . And there are restaurants where you could get lucky and be served good food. But since these restaurants do not know the meaning of word "consistent", you would go back hoping to have same great experience, only to be proven wrong.

Read moreI visit this location frequently after working evening shifts on our Foodtruck, we always park and walk-in to place our Togo order. I parked my Foodtruck and tried to enter the store at 8:20-8:25 only to find the doors locked and the workers were inside acting like they did not here me and there was a young lady near the front door wiping tables. Finally, I guy behind the counter motioned for me to go to the other doors, I tried to open those and they were locked . Then he proceeded to say go through the drive thru , I said I am on a Foodtruck I cannot fit thru your drive thru. His answer was oh well we started closing our dining room at 8:30 to allow time for us to clean and be able to leave at 9pm, he then said you can stand at the drive thru intercom and place a order. I am sorry but I do not and will not be made to look like a fool trying to patronize an establishment that doesn’t value my business. So we ended up not ordering anything. Let this be a learning lesson, if you are going to change your hours , you need to post that so that your potential customers are aware. This is how corporate restaurants, handle customer service, they feel it is always a tomorrow and you will come back, but when customers complain and tell others and they stop returning the next day that is when they will feel the effects of poor customer service and the oh well attitude. We are the reason why you are employed. Support small business where every dollar...
