Very disappointed with recent visit after being a customer for several years. I framed 4 pieces - a set of 3 original items and then a portrait. The portrait frame had a small nick in the rustic metal and I had to ask to have it filled in/covered. Considering they charged $400 for the framing it should be flawless. One item in the set of 3 was completed incorrectly; the item was crooked, and Bethany flippantly said she thought it was supposed to be that way. Even though the other 2 are straight as they're supposed to be... She didn't offer an apology nor a discount, and said there wasn't a way to undo the way it was all put together. The only option offered was for me to remake the piece! I was so shocked I paid and left, vowing to never return. Way overpriced for the quality of work, will be returning to Michaels where they take pictures of the setup to ensure the work is completed as requested, and don't charge over $1000...

Bethany and Nick were wonderful! We came in with a painting that we needed wrapped for traveling with us back to Saudi Arabia. They were very professional and did a thorough job inspecting and assessing our painting to help us decide whether to roll the canvas or leave it on the frame. They wrapped it extremely well, making sure that our painting will be very secure for the trip. Plus, they were so friendly and great to talk to while we waited. My husband and I both highly recommend...

Customer service was absloutely amazing! We had a flag that was very large brought in and they put alot of effort into framing it. Even helped us cut cost by showing us alot of less expensive frames. Even came out to my house and hung the flag himself. Talk about going above and beyond!! I will be bringing ALL my framing items here. Nicest people all around!
