This place is very unprofessional, rude, nasty, ect. If I could give them no stars I would. They are nice at first to get you to buy something. They do not answer the phones. They actted like my T.V would come home with me that evening after paying for everything went home and waited because I went in the morning hoping to get it. Went down there that evening they said oh no its not here yet it will be here tomorrow morning went there nect morning after taking off of work they lied said it wouldn't be intil next week. I already paid and signed the contract at this point then I asked for my money back they said no we signed a contract too late now you just have to wait. So its the following week Monday they said oh it'll be here friday... so upon finally gettin the damn T.V its used and refurbished... finally the first bill comes around after not having my TV for 2 weeks basically. They have auto pay DON'T DO IT.!!! it kept taking out payments for 3 hours back to back my bank then locked my account because they literally came in & out 20 times or more... So I told them to stop auto pay now every time its due I have to deal with the rude nasty people even when your calling to be nice to them they are...

You're not all that and folks have too many choices to want to bother with your terrible online app. No one called to check on my order. You took 10$ then can't find me. Then when redo, you show me, then turn around to have me new and ask for my account info and want another $10. I'm publicly letting you know, do not use my detail(which you say don't have)do not charge my card. Do not deliver any furniture (even though you say don't have me). Fire every one, which includes your managing lazy team who should be checking for new orders. And fix your darn system. Btw, I ordered from another place and was done in 5 mins. Really?    Read moreRent a center is usually fine, but this location is terrible. My husband made a purchase online, paid the first payment, and signed on the agreement documents. The website then said to call the store to set up delivery/pick up. The store then said he needed to make another payment that amounted to 3 more weekly payments before he could pick up the product or have it delivered.
Nowhere online does it say that. In fact, the website acknowledged that the next payment wasn’t due until 10/1.
This store refused to honor the online agreement and gave no reasoning accept “we require a full 4 week payment upfront.”
Save yourself the headache and go...
