So I found this place randomly years ago when I went to go visit a friend at the pawn shop next door and the owner had gotten tacos from said place. It’s called Fiesta Mexico in apopka off of 436. It’s a small mexican grocery store / carnicería and the food truck is outside, they do also fresh juices and frozen paleta’s inside . I went with my method of sampling to get a basis , 2 Al Pastor tacos , 1 lengua taco and 1 cabeza taco. I also ordered a bowl of Menudo since it was the weekend. The tacos were good and comparable to torta el Rey for quality. The menudo was a solid 7 / 10 as it had nice chunks of tripe , smelled relatively clean , and I think even had a something with a bone in it (only ate half since I got full ) might of been like a pork knuckle ?. for me personally I don’t know if they keep it neutral for everyone to season to taste, or maybe my taste buds were blown out from years of spice , but I think it needed a bit more heat spice to it and maybe a touch of salt. But it was a thick red broth with just a hint of that sticky lips oil / fat on top. Also comes with a stack of fresh corn tortillas. — at Fiesta Mexico.

This taco truck's taco are sooo good! I tried 1 chorizo, 1 barbacoa, and 1 birria. They were all delicious and full of flavor. The Barbacoa meat is the best in my opinion! Very affordable. 6 tacos was only $16. Make sure you have some time to wait. I guess this is a popular spot because there were a lot of people waiting when I got there (they have benches where you can sit and eat). It took about a half hour for our order of 6 tacos. I thought it was pretty long but it was worth it. I wish they had a picture menu because I had no idea what to order when I got there and had some trouble communicating with the girl taking my order (I'm not very fluent in Spanish). So make sure you check out some photos on google maps first to get an idea of what you want and be prepared to wait a bit. Overall good experience. Will definitely go again.

My elder brother recommended this eatery. After reading the reviews, I finally got a chance to try it... AWESOME! I got four asada tacos, rice and beans... burst of flavor, tender and delicious! The sauces are like a bowling ball... They slowly roll up on you and burst with nose clearing hotness! Too strong for my palette. I will be back again and again. I want to try the tamales next. This is one of my new favorite spots! So, I went back next day for round two. This time I got 4 steak tacos and 2 pork tamales. They were out of chicken tamales. If you like small, spicy matza and very little amount of meat... Go for it, but not me. Personal preference; I don't care for either the red or green salsa... Too spicy hot for my palette. Again, the tacos had a good flavor and tender.

Now this place it's disappointing because I went to order some tacos I needed to use the bathroom and wash my hands and they told me that they had no bathrooms they didn't have anywhere to wash your hands they own the grocery store right next to them and it's kind of like I'm standing there for all of them to be working inside the truck with the mask down and so close to each other and nobody had the mask on properly the tacos we're tiny if I can say they put one little spoons of meat and the center that's a lot taste was nasty it's not what you are looking for in Mexican food the son of the owner actually is the one who told me that they had no bathroom since they were out of order and I think that they just do that because they don't want the customers to use the bathroom but that is not right because but the health department requires you to have a working bathroom in a grocery store no matter what so if I was to give you give them a rating I will give them one * - because with covid-19 nobody had the face mask has literally in their chins and they were within a foot of each other I will not go back there again it's crazy because people are dying of covid 19 and this people...

This is one of the Best Taco Spots here in Orlando Plain and Simple. Just Based on the Food Alone it's 5/5 EASY. However the Lines do get Long and the Service can Suffer during Peak Hours because it's only 1 Window to Order and the other window to pick up. Also when they call your Name for your order they can struggle Sometime with Names that aren't Spanish but I wouldn't hold that against them it's Just a Slight WARNING so make. Also when there is Music Playing it can be hard to hear when they call your Name. Also if you want something to drink you need to walk like 10 Second to their Grocery Store in order to Buy a Drink and they also Sell Agua Frescas and Horchata in As well. All the Food are Certified Bangers with My Favorite being their Carne Asada and Carnitas Taco's. One Note is that the Taco's are a little on the Pricey side when I last went on 2/12/24 they cost 2.59 Each. But overall this place is Easily...
