(Not sure I’d say “Reasonably Priced” OR “Overpriced”, but “Pricey” isn’t an option. ;)

My Essential Signature massage w/ Rachael was really, really good. She honed in on problem areas quickly and spent a lot of time trying to release some tough knots. My only complaint is that I was uncomfortably cold towards the end. I did say something but maybe too close to the end for her to think it was worth adjusting. I’d book with her again in a heartbeat. I also had a Sugar Glow Scrub and the Age Defense Facial with London. The Scrub wasn’t what I’d hoped; it’s nothing like what you’d find in Southeast/Eastern Asia. I’m still looking for something like that. The facial was great, however. She chose which facial to do and I trust she chose correctly. My skin looked much better after than before. I booked the age defense facial, front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly as I arrived and they took me back to the relaxing sitting by after doing a short questionnaire. The sitting area had a very cozy spa ambiance, a variety of hot teas and water available. The locker room was clean and I was given a super comfy robe and slippers before meeting my esthetician, Michelle was an absolute angel, she was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about skin care, it was super relaxing and unlike other facials I’ve had not painful at all. I could see and feel the increased tone in my skin after, I will definitely be back!! I am a chiropractor and have worked with massage therapists for years. My wife set this up because I have been looking. My wife’s experience was good, not a person who typically likes massage, so that was a surprise. I was very impressed and told my wife that is in the top 2 massages that I have had. She has a great bedside manner, awesome hands and knows her pressure. She will talk to you and ask on pressure, but not over talkative. I asked for that and she complied. I like to focus on my issues, gives me better results. Overall, I will go back again and ask specifically for her. She is definitely someone you should try, and the Spavia experience was not like anything I have had. The scent, the music, the attention to detail, all there. They beat resorts I have been to.
