Where to begin. What is that shift leads name? Grant? Garrett? Starts with a G. Hope they booted him. Dec 2020 had the worst fast food experience of any place I've been in my entire life. Said I'd never go back and hope to dissuade others from going. To keep it short, health codes are being violated and your food is being mishandled. An ex-employee I was friends with attests to this. In Dec 2020, I submitted a complaint and received a response from Jeffrey Bohac District Manager at the time. Don't know if he still is. Jeff gave me 2 free meal vouchers. The only reason I returned was to redeem the vouchers. I redeemed both within the following 60 days. With each voucher use, I was lucky to have a manager wearing a black polo on site both times. I was satisfied and decided I would reconsider and come back in the future. Fast forward to mid 2021. Once again had an abhorrent experience at the hands of shift lead G and his farce of negligent teenagers that he lacks leadership over. Read moreMy two experiences at this restaurant were quite substantially below what I've come to expect based on visits to other locations in the Twin Cities area. Tonight, I ordered a burger and fries at a few minutes after 6. I wasn't given my food until 6:40. I literally witness customers ask for part of their order so they could leave - I've never seen that before.
I'm not fully blaming the staff on hand tonight for the experience. They were quite understaffed - they needed at least another person helping making the food, maybe even two people.
Management needs to fix staffing issues. Along with that comes the other bugaboo with fast food during busy times: quality control slips. My burger was fine, but my fries were undercooked and limp. If I thought I had any decent chance at getting the issue corrected promptly, I would have asked someone about it. Sometimes you have to know when to cut your losses.
