Quality of service is horrible. I’ve encountered the manager before and she was pleasant but there is another girl here with dark hair that is so rude, unenthusiastic, monotone and just unpleasant. She seems like she hates her job. 2nd time dealing with her. First time I give credit for possibly having a bad day but when it’s continuous there’s something wrong. I bring my two little girls here regularly to get goodies whenever we’re here at the mall but I won’t be returning. Store is a mess and that girl’s attitude is just disgusting and disrespectful. The first time my family and I encountered her we asked about Claire’s online prices versus the store price. We found a few items we wanted but they were less online. When we asked if she could adjust the price she said nope and walked away!?! Then she comes back and we asked why not and she said it’s Claire’s policy. So we asked if f we could order online and pay clip here since that was an option. She said yes but you’ll have to come back in a few hours when we pick it even though we were standing there with the items in our hands. She then walked away again. So then she returns and we ask if there’s a supervisor we can talk to and she says yep and points and walks away again. The manager ended up accommodating us and we left happy. I let that encounter go but today this lady has the same exact attitude....

I got my ears pierced at this location and was immensely dissatisfied with their ear peircing service and after care 3 week solution, which was recommended to me at the service. I got my ears periced on September 28 and my peircing have still not healed even with the proper application of the 3 week cleansing solution. In addition, the pericer told us that using alcohol or hydrogenperoxide would be “unsanitary” and should buy the 3 week cleansing solution comming to a grand...

I didn't buy anything but the people i was with did. Very slow checkout. I think they said they were having issues with their credit card machine but it also looked like the cashier was trying to train a new employee. No real complaints. I just waited outside the store for a long time while they were ringing up the people i was with because it was really packed and stuffy around...
