This jewelry store has very nice associates and managers starting in August 24th 2017. They sell watches, rings, necklaces and some kids items rarely besides all jewelry. In the Puente hills mall, they offer and give out candy to customers or cookies on specific holidays of the year. This Daniel's Jewelers in Puente hills mall had a rating of 3/5 stars now as I checked. More reviews as I requested more customers to come to buy jewelry here for all purposes. I started having a bad experience with this jewelry store since I was 19 years old In year 2015 and the previous manager named Don Clark was very rude to me, called me a Nick-name I didn't want to be called and had 0 out of 5 stars and no reviews back when he was there. I wish the previous manager Don Clark gets fired, retires from his jobs and is away from human society. He asked me a personal question about my life in the future and it was none of his business. This jewelry store gets better with the new female manager named Chess, Lisa and Marissa working here to get me more comfortable and less miserable with my visits...

Came here on 1/20 Saturday to get my daughters ears pierced on her bday. She was very nervous, and had 5 other teens with her. We weren't sure where to get our ears pierced, but while we were walking the mall we decided to walk into Daniel Jewelers. When got there, Ray greeted us and had a jolly personality.. She said we had to come back 1:00, but when she saw our long faces, she said come back at 12pm. When my daughter finally sat down to get down to business, she was very nervous and Ray was VERY patient and accommodating.. she didn't rush her, she answered all her silly questions and put up with 6 other watchers! Went in cause my wedding ring is big had a issue they said they had a band to wrap around , the girl kept saying it's not gonna work , and you can order the stuff on amazon if I wanted to order from Amazon I would of done it !! 😑 I'm just seeing in the mean time what I can do so I don't lose my wedding ring I wanted to purchase other items but I'd rather go to a different location the service has changed so much I don't remember it being like this when my husband got my ring
