I absolutely was excited to see this store open..I love the clothes! Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience when I needed to return a clutch purse that I bought there. Even though the handle part of the purse broke the very day I bought it I was not able to return it till nearly two weeks later (well within the return policy allowed) with a receipt AND IN THE SAME BAG. The girl at the register was very rude. She inspected the bag a few times and asked if that's how the other bags looked. Apparently, there weren't anymore in the store to compare it to. It was mortifying!!!! I only used it ONCE! The purse was bohemian style. She proceeded to say that she would "this once return it." Does this store not stand behind their products? I was very disappointed. This employee was hardly friendly. Sadly, I won't be back despite loving the clothes. Sincerely, One unhappy ex-customer P.S. I had a lovely experience with Miranda who provided great customer service, showed interest in me as a customer, and had a pleasant personality!

But I had an unpleasant experience with Grace. She provided no greeting, she made me feel judged, no smile, rudely asked how many items I had in the changing room in a stern voice insinuating I might be a thief?!
