This review is not so much about Valliani Jewelers but the salesperson Ruby. When we walked into the store, Ruby welcomed us with a big smile and was super friendly. She let us try on a lot of different rings and we purchased our wedding bands on that day. She and the manager were able to give us a hefty discount for buying them on that same day. The bands were ready after a few days and we picked them up. When we were examining the bands, my husband's band had a lot of scratch marks and blurry lines. I knew something was wrong so I texted Ruby to see if I can come the next day to get it checked. She responded very quickly that she will be there and told me to come in the next day. When I went in the next day, a new person that I've never met examined the band. After looking at it for less than 10 seconds, he claims that there is nothing wrong. I was so confused because he barely looked at it, and told him about the scratches and blurry lines. he looked at it again and confirmed that he does see the imperfections. I did not appreciate his attitude and I wish he was more attentive. Ruby quickly came to help and told the manager that this ring needs to be replaced, and the manager agreed to replace it. I am still waiting for the new band and I hope it will turn out much better this time.

I would have given this place a 5 star if the band didnt have any issues. The fact that no one caught the scratches and imperfections makes me wonder if there is any quality control.

Despite all of this, my experience of purchasing the bands here was great mainly thanks to Ruby and the manager, Mr. JC. They were both extremely helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend asking for Ruby if you are going to shop at Valliani in Arcadia....

Love this jewelry shop so much😊 Definitely would recommend. I came here to ask for advice on a promise ring my bf gave me. We wanted to reband the promise ring and it turned into a fun project. Lily, Sana, and the jeweler (I forgot his name) are all great! Everyone was so friendly, even the security guard outside. Sana knew exactly what I wanted and came up with a great idea for the ring. They went out of their way to find the perfect pink gemstone for me. I picked a pink sapphire heart for the gemstone and the diamond that my bf got me originally is placed in the middle of the ring. The jeweler was amazing. He was able to remove the diamond from another ring and still keep the band perfectly in-tact! My bf and I both love the outcome of the new promise ring and the way it shines in different lighting. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff...

I want to complement Lily, Ivan, and Jesse who work in the Valliani Jewelers in the Westfield shopping mall of Arcadia. I had a great experience getting my customized necklace. The necklace's customized diamond pendant quality is exactly what I expect. Lily is very kind and patient, and professional in helping me. She is very responsive and is always there whenever I need help. Ivan, as a Jewelry repairer, works hard to make my necklace look good on me. Jesse is very friendly and always talks to me with a smile and welcomes me every time I visit. Thank you all!
