Very bad experience. While shopping in this store, I suddenly suffered from hypoglycemiaďźlow sugger in bloodďź and had to lie down to rest. The store clerk asked me to get out because I would scare other customers. Please note that this is I have already shopped at this store, I donât know if it would be worse if I didnât shop. Below is a more detailed description. I often go to Arcadia Mall, and every time I stop by Zara and buy some clothes. This time I went to Nordstrom and Din Tai Fung first as usual. I actually felt a little uncomfortable during lunch, but I didnât care. Thinking of buying some red clothes for the children for the New Year, I came to Zara after lunch. However, the uncomfortable feeling quickly intensified after entering. So I only had time to buy a red coat for my daughter and could no longer bear it. Due to several experiences, I clearly knew that I was suffering from hypoglycemia. I asked my son to queue up to pay the bill. Since I couldn't support myself, I sat on the ground and went to grab a candy from my bag to swallow. After sitting for a while, I became weaker and weaker, so I lay down on the ground. Because I replenished my sugar intake and lay down, I didnât completely faint during this hypoglycemic episode. I was just weak and could still hear people talking around me. At this time, a female customer came over and asked me if it was okay, if I needed to call 911 or something. A male clerk also came over (please note that the clerk was not the first person to come, but came after the female customer). He directly told the female customer that I was fine and there was no need to call 911. The female customer asked He said "Are you sure?" The clerk said sure, and he didn't even ask me what was wrong. I don't know how he made sure I was okay. The female customer asked my son who had just returned from check out. My son also said it was okay. My mother had experienced it before and it was hypoglycemia. The female customer left after hearing my son also say that I was okay and that i had had similar experiences before. At this time, the male clerk came to me and asked me if it was okay. I said it was hypoglycemia. He asked if I could go and rest on a chair. Lying here would scare other customers. I was still very weak at the time, and I thought the chairs he was talking about were the ones in the store for people waiting and rest. However, after I rested for a while and was helped up by him, I realized that the chairs he was talking about were the chairs in the lobby outside. In other words, it meant that I was helped outside the store by the male clerk. When I was very weak, top-heavy, and not very clear-headed, I was âescortedâ outside the Zara store by this male clerk. Then the male clerk went back to the store and never showed up again. I didn't see any other clerk come to ask a word during the...
Read moreI went in on Tuesday 12/6/22 around 6pm to return a jacket I had purchased online. I had the worst experience ever. The lady at the register was clearly having a bad day, she seen the jacket and immediately said has this jacket been worn? with a really bad attitude. I replied and said no it hasnât I just tried it on but wasnât happy it was too bulky. So she kept inspecting the jacket trying to find something wrong with it, and it was clearly brand new with tags and all! I would never return something used and that you can tell itâs been worn. She noticed TINY glitter on it, which were from my Christmas decorations that were in my car and she insinuated that I used it. It was nothing to be RUDE about and it could clearly be taken off. After inspecting the jacket for 5 min lol she called the manager which was ALSO so rude! again, I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service in my life. The manager comes and the girl at the register explains what she seen and the manager says you would need to remove the tiny glitter and come back and then we can inspect it again and see if we can return. I was shocked! These two ladies were clearly having a bad day! after this experience I will never shop at Zara again. Their return policy is ridiculous and their customer service is out the window. I hope no one ever experiences this...
Read moreI purchased an item in store for in store pick up. I used my credit card. The item delivered to the store later than estimated date. So I called to return the order and get a refund. I never picked up the order but after so many days they their site says youâll receive a refund if not picked up. After a month a waiting for my refund I called and was told I have to fill out a form that ask for bank name, account number and routing number. This is not a secured site. I said I rather have it go back to my credit card or get a store credit. They have my money and I want it back. If I donât want to provide my bank information on a non secured site I shouldnât have to. They could send me a check. They refuse to give me my refund via alternative method. This is theft...
