King Records — Local services in Archdale

King Records has a strong selection of Rock and Metal! It's worth the drive. Jerry takes care of his customers and he has great prices! My latest purchase was Alice In Chains Jar of Flies and Megadeth Countdown To Extinction.

King Records always has a great selection of Kiss, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, 80's Metal and Rock, etc. Basically, all the big hitters in the Rock and Metal world.

If you like pop, look on the wall to the left as you walk in. That's where you'll find Taylor Swift and mainstream music.

The center of the store are used records. There's a mix of everything, but this used collection leans more toward the rock spectrum.

This is my favorite record store, but it's an hour drive! So going to see Jerry at his store is an event for me. I have never left empty-handed. In fact, I have to put stuff back because of the damage it does to my wallet!

This place is awesome. Not only is the selection great but the prices are extremely fair, a lot lower than can be found on eBay or any other discount price. This is a complete record store. Not only can you go through the records but you get the owner who is fantastic also. As I was there, I over heard him tell a customer that if he could not afford both that he would let him buy one now and would work with him on the other one. No one does customer service like that anymore. When I told the owner that I was a new collector he treated me as I had just walked into his living room saying welcome to the family. Yes, it is the only place I will be buying my records and hanging out...

INCREDIBLE store!!! Great selection of new and used vinyl (even some 8 tracks, cassettes, vhs, dvds), all very reasonably and fairly priced. Jerry is very knowledgeable and friendly. Store has very slick stylish vibe inside, plenty spacious to safely socially distant even when several other customers digging along with you. Gives my fiance great deals as a loyal customer. Tucked in little shopping center not immediately viable from street. But make no mistake-- if you love digging the crates & don't go out of your way to find this gem...
