I am not sure what was going on during my last visit. I had to repeat every item in my order multiple times before the order taker, got it right (Kayla per the receipt). I am not sure if the other workers were being loud, or she was just not paying attention to me as I ordered. It was so ridiculous, I thought it was a joke. When I asked her why I had to repeat myself so many times, she had a bad attitude about it. I did not ask her is a mean way...I was just curious what was going on, but she repeatedly told me bye...BYE...BYE!!! This used to be one of my favorite go to places for good food quick. It has really gone down hill since COVID. There is definitely a noticeable decline in worker quality over the past couple of years. So sad. This place used to be great...but those days are gone. I will not return.
This restaurant has had some really bad reviews over the past 6 months, and all management can offer is a pre-typed copy/paste response. Adding a pre-typed copy/paste response just shows that management really does not care about the customer. Read moreThis place has one crew that's always on point then the other crew doesn't get anything right. They gave us 4 extra pieces of chocolate cheesecake the other night and we didn't even order chocolate cheesecake we ordered chocolate chip cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake. They messed up a blt with no mayo no lettuce and add cheese 8 times one night... the food will be cold or the fries will be soggy like they just reheated them in the oil. They either give us unsweet tea or the tea is so warm it melts the ice and tastes watered down. One night a manager yelled at me saying I ordered my food wrong. How else can you order a blt no mayo no lettuce add cheese so I said bacon tomato and cheese on a bun he said what? Those were the only 2 ways. I was at the walk up window and another customer was at the drive thru having problems with him as well.. they forget food leave stuff off the trays. Over charge. Then dont want to fix it or some get an attitude if you ask them to fix it. We spend atleast 40 bucks here 4 to 6 times a week because of the work hours we have right now. Some of the workers are awesome but it's the ones who act like they hate life and their jobs that need...
Read moreThis is the second time I’ve been through here and asked for fresh fries with seasoning and I got neither. The fries (chicken strips are rubbery) taste like they’ve been under the warmer for at least an hour or two and of course I don’t trust asking for fresh ones because I know what kind of world we live in these days and I’ve seen firsthand what can happen when you say something. I’m not trying to accuse someone of doing something to the food or say this crew would… but you just can’t trust it when you can’t see it remade. You would think when you specifically ask for fresh, and pay what you do for food that they could at least make it fresh and hot instead of lukewarm mushy fries and not what you ask for. The cheese bites are never hot and melted inside, cool to the taste and very chewy. It’s almost as if they redrop old ones or something to make the outer part crispy again but inside doesn’t heat up. I’d add my photos of my mushy brown fries but it won’t let me. If it’s old grease, please change it because this is nasty and unacceptable.
