Easy to reach location, friendly and helpful staff, plus seasonal animals such as rabbits, ducklings, and if you come at the right time you can "pick up chicks." It's just good customer service when staff talk to you. We think we will be patronizing somewhere else now. TSC is higher and with economy the way it is ppl rely on any discounts...
