Good store however some of the staff could definitely use more training. They changed their code readers so that the customer no longer does it themselves. However the young gentleman that came out to assist didn't know how to read the scanner to see what the codes/issues were. I stated that it showed that the dpfe voltage was too high and asked him to let me know how much one would be. However he was lost because he had no idea what that was either? So I'm uncertain as to why they no longer let the customers check their own fault codes especially when the (some) employees don't know what it says, how to look it up, or what part to replace? Then they ask for your phone number, which isn't needed for non-warrantied consumables and get mad at you when you don't want to give it to them. Horrible customer service. I hate going in there.
