I love solidcore because it’s a sustainable workout for people who aren’t into HIIT. It’s tough in the beginning but each class makes you stronger and doesn’t spike your cortisol.
The courthouse coaches are amazing and my main criticisms are for corporate. They recently increased membership prices by 10%, even though they were super steep to begin with. The CEO cites inflation but that’s doubtful given it’s been decreasing each month. They can’t claim wage inflation because their coaches make an unlivable $12 to start and then $18 after training.
Also, their membership packages keep changing and getting costlier. From what I can remember, memberships didn’t require a 6-12-month commitment last year but now they do. The memberships without commitments are super expensive. This was a workout like I’ve never done before, but I loved it because it helped work muscles that I may have never have worked. Bruna was amazing! She helped explain everything before the class throughly, she made sure I understood each exercise, she motivated me to keep going, and made sure I was doing all the exercises properly to avoid any injury throughout the entire class.
