Slick City Adventure Park in Arlington, TX 🛝✨ issss Definitely a fun spot for all ages! It’s affordable for the time limits they allow ⏰ and I loved that it moves at a fast pace barely any lines, so kids can just keep going and going 🙌. The place was clean and but bathrooms can use alittle work (but it is a kids place)😅😅..They did have a small kids’ section for the little ones 👶 (my son’s older so we didn’t use that part). For the bigger kids, it was non-stop fun meeting new friends 🤝, racing down slides of all sizes and shapes 🌀, and just burning all that energy! Mats were easy to grab, and you could keep the same one to keep sliding. I noticed some families brought water bottles 💧smart idea since drinks do COST including WATER!! I tried the Loaded Nachos with cheese, chili, and jalapeños 🌶️ next time I’ll skip the chili 😅. The only thing I didn’t love was having to pay $2 per refill 🥤with kids running around, that can add up quick! I really appreciated that they DON'T charge adults who aren’t participating 🙌HUGE HUGE plus! You can relax in the adult section 🪑, catch up on work 💻, or just take a breather while still keeping an eye on your kids 👀. The park isn’t too big or too small you can literally see everything, which made me feel safe letting my son explore. They also have a birthday party area 🎉, basketball court 🏀, and plenty of slides for every comfort level. It honestly reminds me of an updated Chuck E. Cheese clean, organized, fun, and family friendly 🍕. Just be ready to sign a waiver for everyone ✍️ (you can do it on their kiosks or by scanning the QR code at the door). My 8-year-old had the time of his life 💫 safe, fun, and full of energy! Definitely recommend for an affordable family day out ❤️ @Slick City Arlington, TX #familyadventures #kidfriendly #slickcityarlington #familyfun #kidsfun

We went with a very large group with a very wide range of she’s from kids below 3 and adults above 30. Very surprised I don’t see anyone saying they got hurt here. I busted my face on the green slide and another member of our group got hurt on the same slide. Staff was trying their best to help with my injuries but I was very upset when they decided that my niece and nephews would no longer be able to play because I got hurt. We ended up leaving within the first 45 minutes. I will say if it wasn’t for the way they treated my niece and nephew I would’ve given a higher rating. Also believe they should have something stating an age limit on the kids area if they are not going to follow the height limit notice that is posted online and in the facility. Will not be returning 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

We had an absolute blast at Slick City in Arlington! We decided to come as a way to unwind and lift our spirits after a tough loss in the family—and it was so worth it. The kids had a great time and seeing smiles on their faces meant everything. The staff was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy myself as much as I did. I’m usually scared of heights, but my daughter talked me into giving it a try—and I ended up loving every minute of it. We’ll definitely be back soon with even more kids in tow!

I booked a last minute birthday party and paid for the works.

  1. The check in line was long and unorganized
  2. The host was not much of a host she kept on advising us she would bring x y & z but would forget.
  3. They mentioned the pizza would be ready at a certain time but was 20 minutes late on top of I never received the extra pizza I paid for. I was able to receive a refund for the pizza they had forgotten.
  4. I asked for extra time for the kids to play since they were sitting for 20 minutes waiting on the pizza. They honored 30 extra minutes for the kids to play.
  5. After the party I asked for the gift cards I had paid for to be added to the gift bags and my host provided it to me but as soon as I give it to my guests she says out loud you didn’t pay for the gift cards. I advised her to check which she did and did not apologize for trying to embarrass me.
  6. The food was nasty and I had to find the host to get a refill on the drinks.
  7. My daughter never received a gift for being the guest of honor, which was included in the package.
  8. I was told we would receive 2 water pitchers, I decided to buy a 3rd pitcher with unlimited refills. The host advised me we were able to get 2 juices with the original 2 water pitchers and she would refund me the extra pitcher I purchased but she never refunded me.
  9. No security
  10. Rude staff
  11. Staff was fraternizing with one another
  12. Bathroom needs to be remodeled and cleaned. It was like walking in a porta potty.
  13. Staff not watching or directing the kids, kids were running everywhere.

I will never book a party at this establishment again. It’s not worth the prize at all. The kids enjoyed playing so 3 stars on the experience for the kids and 0 stars for my experience as a...

I recently visited Slick City with my 10-year-old son, and I was extremely disappointed. The place is marketed as a kid-friendly destination, but my visit showed me otherwise.

Full of ghetto people by the way.

First, I was taken aback by the behavior of the manager's kids. They were not only disrespectful but also openly bragged about getting in for free with a large group of friends. It created a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere that didn’t seem appropriate for a place meant to cater to families.

Moreover, the venue was filled with teenagers who appeared to be there without any parental supervision. Parents seemed to just drop their kids off and leave, which made it feel chaotic and not very controlled. As a parent, I was hoping for a more structured and family-oriented environment.

I was also frustrated with the staff, who seemed more interested in using the slides and hanging out than doing their actual jobs. There were plenty of staff members on site, but you wouldn’t know it since they were wearing after-dark shirts and acting like they didn’t work there. It was unclear who was working and who wasn’t, which added to the overall disorganization.

Additionally, there were unexpected charges for items that weren’t clearly explained when we arrived, and I found the pricing to be quite high for the experience we received. Given the amount I spent, I expected a much better experience and more value for my money.

Overall, I won't be coming back to Slick City. It didn’t live up to its promise of being a fun, family-friendly spot. It was chaotic, overpriced, and far...

I really wanted to give a 5 star rating because my son enjoyed the slides and basketball area; the atmosphere was nice! However, our entry experience wasn’t great at all! The staff wasn’t too bad, a couple desk employees made unpleasant facial expressions. In addition, all employees (except 1 front -desk employee who has tattoos and wore the green colored shirt and was very pleasant) seemed as if they didn’t know too much about the company’s computer system. We were there for a party but for some reason, there were issues with my son’s waiver. We completed all necessary requirements before arriving, had the printout on my phone, only to be told they couldn’t find my son’s waiver under my name in the computer system. My husband tried completing the waiver, twice but staff still couldn’t find the info! We wanted to leave and a family member actually left; she was an adult with no kids just trying to get in to sit down! Lots of bottlenecks with trying to join a party; it took us about 30 minutes to get in. I suggest training staff how to properly operate the company’s computer system or have a better flow of signing kids in instead of having everyone sign a waiver, because everyone’s not participating with sliding. We stopped at the front desk to sign in, only to stop at the next desk to sign in,...
