I’m a recently new customer. My first visit was great. The expert thoroughly explained the products to me as I am new to cannabis.
My second visit wasn’t as pleasant. My online order kept getting declined without any explanation although I registered with the store and uploaded my Driver’s license (front and back) with my cannabis certification (which is only one page and already in the system). After several attempts at placing an order, a staff member called me to say that he declined my order because my first name was entered twice in the system. (Although I verified every time that my first and last name was on my order). Instead of it being a possible system glitch for the error, the associate spoke to me in an accusatory tone that I input the order incorrectly, and ultimately told me to just come to the store.
Once I arrived to the store I did not feel welcomed. While another customer who came in shortly after me received a more welcoming greeting and was allowed to the back in a timely manner. I had to have my documentation scrutinized prior to being let back.
Once back there, I asked if they needed to see my veteran ID card. So they took it to the front of the store to be processed. Once the associate came back she told me to make sure I don’t present my Veteran ID card when I purchase sale items (I did not know that one of my products was on sale so that was my oversight) however I was spoken to in a similar accusatory tone. Mind you…I make a conscious effort to be polite so I believe this treatment was unwarranted.
Today, I placed another order and within minutes it was declined with no explanation. I called the store and the possible reasons for the decline was either something is wrong with my certificate or out of stock product but they couldn’t tell me for sure. I was going to just go the store to make my purchase but I just gave up and went to another dispensary.
I struggle with PTSD, depression, and anxiety so it takes tremendous effort for me to even leave my home. So unfortunate events like these make me feel defeated. It seems as though I am not welcome here, so sadly I will take the hint and not come back.
Thanks again for a great first store visit and I wish I could provide the associate’s name who was so kind/patient with me (I want to say her name is Jessica). She is a true asset to the company and set a really high bar for amazing customer service. (I apologize for the...

First delivery order time frame 4-7. Come to find out around 11 when I call saying something seems off with my order, they tell me it’s already out for delivery. I explain the problem and they apologize and give me tracking of the delivery in real time so I can gauge timing. Okay.
Second delivery order time frame 4-7, I call at 4:29 checking on my order because I have received zero communication on it. Lady tells me it’s out for delivery. I say awesome and ask for tracking, she tells me it’s impossible to give tracking and my order will be there between 4-7. I didn’t want to argue with her and let it go. An hour and a half later I get a call from the store, the delivery driver never even showed up. I asked the guy about the previous woman I spoke to who misinformed me of my order. I was told customer care doesn’t actually have access to the stores info on what goes out. Okay.
Third delivery order, time frame 4-7. I call at 4:26, I explain the previous days attempt and the girl says it is out for delivery and I am estimated to have my delivery around 6:30. 6:52 I call the store asking how long am I suppose to wait, the girl tells me another hour. I said forget this, asked what the point of the time frames is and asked to cancel my order. She says it will be voided and hangs up on me never actually getting my name. I have to call back and wait. Finally gets on the phone and takes my name, says it’s cancelled. I hop in my car to try make it to Sterling. 7:25 I get a text saying my order will be there in 16 minutes. I am 20 minutes away from home. On top of that, the people who would be there to answer the door, don’t speak English and would likely call 911 over a stranger knocking on the door saying they have a delivery and need id. I call the store again and the girl still just doesn’t quite grasp it until I bring up the cops could be called. She takes my number and says she’ll talk to her manager. As I am walking into the Sterling store (it’s a drive, but the only one I go to now) thankful I made it in time, Arlington calls me to say they can’t get a hold of the driver, they texted him and called him and nothing.
What is wrong with you people?!?!?! Zero...
Read moreI'm with Cat Mo. I get plenty of propaganda texts. I got a confirmation of my pickup order text. I'll get "your order is ready" texts. I got no "we cancelled your order text". I checked my email for another reason and I thankfully saw the email before I drove over there. Order was cancelled. Why? No reason. I figured I did something wrong. I called and was told they were closing early for an emergency. Next day, I called in the afternoon to make sure they were open. Yes, "we are open until 8pm". I just drove all the way from Fairfax from work to home (Arlington) and arrived at 7:10pm. Closed. I had to drive all the way back to the Fairfax location only to beg them to let me in. It was the Saturday before Christmas Eve and I'm disabled vet in massive pain. That was an extra hour of driving I didn't need. Thank God they let me in. There were also 3 other people there waiting outside who drove from the Arlington location. I'll update my review when this location gets it a little...
