Very nice coaches but be careful jumping into F45 if your body isn’t used to heavy weights or super high intensity. I am a regular at corepower sculpt and solidcore and F45 absolutely shocked my body - even the minimum weights are so heavy and I found that there is more focus on speed rather than form. Barry’s bootcamp is a similar concept but the focus is correct form and the exercises are specifically designed to minimize injury - there is also more opportunity to customize based on what works for you.
