Horrible customer service! It was very clear to me that the girl who was on drive thru tonight had better things to do and talk about than to take my order. I literally repeated the same order 4 times! I ordered 2 regular tacos and 2 super tacos. Then when I pull up to the window she didn't say "hello ma'am how are you doing" kiss my butt" nothing. She only told me my total and took my money when she got back to the window my food was practically thrown at me. She didn't ask me if I needed anything or if there was anything else she could do for me she just told me to have a good night and shut her window. I checked my bag to see if there was four tacos in there and there was. But when I get almost home and take a bite out of my taco there's no sour cream on my taco and I know good and well sour cream comes on these super tacos! The regular tacos was okay but they did me bad with my super tacos and I don't appreciate paying my hard earned money for something I didn't get. It seems to me Taco Casa seems to be very afraid to put meat and sour cream on my tacos because I was lacking both. So I called the store immediately and didn't get an answer so I left a message and no one has made an effort to return my call. It is very wrong to charge someone full price for half the service. I feel anybody and everyone should get what they paid for and I did not receive that. I would never I repeat never recommend this particular location to anyone I'm going to continue to go where I've been going the one in Dallas gives way better service they are quicker and they give you everything you've paid for if not more. I am normally not the person to say anything of such nature about Taco Casa but this particular location has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will NOT be returning. A BETTER staff is highly recommended for this location as well as cooks who are not afraid to give you what you PAID for. It's ridiculous and shame, shame, shame on the staff. I guess I should have read the reviews before wasting my gas and time. This store is highly NOT...
Read moreSouth Collin, Arlington Tx: Hopefully this will help management improve. I’ve been to many taco casa locations including this one. I order the same thing, taco salad without dairy. Today I ordered as usual. When I got home and looked at the taco salad I noticed that it had no meat nor tomatoes nor black olives. I drove back to this location, told them my issue and asked if they could remake the salad. I saw the guy throwing the salad together. Not sure if he was upset about remaking it or just having a bad day. They remade it with lots of refried beans and very little meat, hardly any tomato and black olives. When I mentioned this to the manager she told me that they were trained to make it that way. Seems she was a bit upset with me. She also added that they usually use lots of cheese. I’m not sure why she told me that since I asked for no dairy. After she repeatedly told me they were trained to make taco salads this way I told her that I am sorry that they were trained that way and requested a refund. I explained to her that I’ve been to this location before and my food has never looked like this. She offered zero solutions to please A CUSTOMER. She kept saying that they were trained this way. Sadly she was more offended than helpful. She became a bit combative so I told her AGAIN to give me my money back. I did receive the refund.
I’m not sure what could be done about poor management but...
Read moreAvoid. I am giving up on this location. There is another place Qdoba literally next door that is better. Other places nearby like Torchys Tacos which are excellent. This location has messed up my order in drive through 4 times in a row now. Either they can't read, incompetent or really don't give a damn about there customers. Is it really that hard to read the order slip and put everything ordered in the bag? Really?? I have limited time to grab food and get back to work. I don't have the time, interest or patience to decompose my order in my car seat every time. This location is no longer worth my time for mediocre food and poor service. The attached picture shows today's order. They did not include jalapenos which was ordered and is 1 of the 3 ingredients. 4th time in a row they failed to include them.
One more thing. Taco Casa is franchised owned. This location is owned by a franchisee that also owns Mansfield and Little Road. This location refused to honor my Taco Casa gift card I received for Christmas. I called corporate and was told they cannot make this franchisee comply or accept the cards. I was also told they received many complaints about this franchisee.
Find a better Taco Casa or another non Taco Casa. Don't patronize this franchisee. After today I am completely done with this one. The one in Duncanville where I live is way better. And they accepted...
