I am starting to see why Starbucks is losing customers. My experience tonight at this location was terrible. I only wanted a plain coffee w/cream. I finally walked out with my order and also angry. There were three ladies working. They seemed to be busy but there were no customers inside. I went inside and was completely ignored. I waited at the counter for at least 3 minutes. I was never acknowledged. Finally one of them took my order. I went to the end to wait. The workers seemed to be really into themselves. They were talking and laughing. I felt it was a long wait just for a coffee with cream. At least 5 min at this point. One of them finally place a drink on the counter. There were other drinks there also. No one said anything. So I didn't think it was mine. I asked her if that was mine. She mumbled something and countinued to work. I step back and continued to wait. After another five minutes they seemed to slow down. My drink should have been ready. Not seeing any other drinks being placed on the counter. I asked again if this was my drink. This time I am completely ignored. To all of them I said louder "Is this my drink...anybody?!". This time they all looked. The girl who put the drink there said it something. Again I couldn't tell what she said. I read the label of the drink . It looked like my order so I picked it up and walked out. They all knew I was waiting for my drink. No one else was in the store. Instead of making it apparent that it was ready. They were just going to let me stand there. Once they realized I was upset there was no explaination or apology. I do not understand the rationale for this. I keep trying to give this location a chance. This is the third incident I have had here, and for sure it will...
Read moreI do not like the Clover vertica: This was my go to for a good cup of brewed coffee, 5-6 days a week, for last 2 years. I've been a loyal patron of Starbucks for almost 30 years, across multiple countries, states, and cities, visited 3 of the reserve roaster locations. I still have my old golden rewards cars from over a decade ago, I even worked at Starbucks in college and then some... I fell in love with the brewed coffee, and after nearly 30 years I've felt I know what to expect. Quality....I tried the Clover a while back and instantly hated it. Again a few months back, same result... my go to store now has the Clover, it didn't even work and the corporate person on site to help with roll out suggested to just give me an americano....I loved this place but now never again, I'll take my business elsewhere, and I'll have to start driving to the smaller companies, but after almost 30 years I know this is sacrifice quality for profit...congratulations Starbucks you lost a...
Read moreThis store is slacking! Used to be my favorite store and was always on point and consistent... not so much lately which makes me really sad, but also very mad especially after paying 9 dollars for a coffee after adding an extra shot that should NOT be $1.25! I get mad at myself for even paying it because it's just ridiculous! But sometimes you just need it and when you're buying Starbucks several times a week, it's just extra frustrating when they are lazy or thoughtless with preparing your overpriced coffee! Someone isn't pulling these shots right because my drinks literally look and taste like tinted milk. I just wish these baristas would take more pride in what they're putting in our cups and make it the way they would want their's made if they were having to pay that much for...
