I live around the corner from this location, it’s convenient for me to order from here, for two years this location has been terrible with getting orders right, not Being open at the times stated on Google website and on building, they have not fix their ordering com for over a year, which demonstrates cheapness and lack of care for the appearance of this location. Often workers are in the back don’t announce themselves, often times I try to order and i am waiting at the intercom and i pull up to window and guys says “oh I was speaking to you, you didn’t hear and he didn’t have his head set on”. last night we ordered food they got the order wrong, the worker was laughing while we were ordering, we came back to notify of incorrect and missing orders and they were laughing again and a non worker was inside facility and announced himself stand “I don’t work here” but then he opened the window to address our concerns, they gave our order what a coincidence our daughter became sick the following day with vomiting and chills, this location is horrible and I am going to look into providing a legal complain and formal complaint to the city, and corporate office , if you come here and you have poor service you need to report it and post your reviews. change won’t happen if keep allowing businesses to demonstrate poor judgment and service to our community. Sickens every time that this place is named Jack in the box the owner and franchise should be ashamed and I don’t expect them to do anything because the perception is “they don’t care and won’t change,” I have failed to come here after many visits hoping they will provide the best service we spent over $63 dollars in food and their service and quality of food was horrible and horrendous. Read moreThis location is the worst definitely will not be back. First time I went ended up parked at the speaker waiting for an employee to take my order. I pulled up to window to see what was going on was told store closed early with no explanation why. Second time I went the employee put my loaded frys in a hamburger box (see photo) box started to rip and grease spilled and smaller portion of frys. would like to get what I paid for. When I go to other Jack In The Box locations services aren't the best but not the worse like this location. no hot sauce was offered for my tacos definitely took the survey! Been going to this fast food chain for years and there is always something wrong at different locations. I keep thinking customer service will improve but not the case! Jack in The Box as a whole needs to work on that.
UPDATE!!!!: Unfortunately will never bring my family back to any Jack in the Box locations. After taking the survey was contacted by David and guest relations once (see attached photos) issue still not resolved! David never responded back after the first email he sent me. I instead received a email from guest relations asking to retake survey after already taking it. Customer service has went down in all areas of this food chain. Don't waste your money. I never expect much from this place based on past experiences but I had a very unpleasant experience here today with ERIKA who claimed to be the manager. She obviously has not received the proper training for the type of work that she chooses to do. I waited over 20 mins in line for a very small order and that is only the beginning. As i got to the window after waiting such a lengthy amount of time she wanted to ARGUE with me because I asked for the 5.99 popcorn chicken combo. I mean this lady full fledge argued back and forth in the drive-thru while there were a plethora of other patrons in line behind me. Why choose to work at a place like this with such an attitude? She had the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever witnessed from a jack in the box or any other fast food worker. I cannot believe that these are the type of people that Jack in the Box chooses to employ and give the title manager to. To make matters worse, the food was garbage and cold.
