I have gotten defective vapes from this store so many times. Escobars in particular seem to be problematic. I usually open them outside the store and come back in minutes later if there’s an issue. I’ve never had a problem before tonight. I got to my car, opened my vape, hit it, and nothing happened except for the light coming on. I promptly went back to the store to ask for an exchange, but tonight the worker told me he couldn’t do anything bc I left the store- even though it’s never been an issue before, and I was gone for mere minutes. I go here all the time I get cartdriges for my battery . The awesome thing about it is that you can get points when you sign up with your number an name for free you get points every time you purchase something an it goes to the next time you want to use it. It takes out a couple of a few bucks off . I recommend this place . The staff is nice an polite . The owner is also helpful an nice . Including the employees. Says a lot from me being from California moving here to Tennessee an to find my kind of synthetic smoke here thats the brand that works...

I just bought a disposable vape at 50% off, and their policy is try before leave the store. I tested the device right there at store and the device only burn the coil with no flavor at all....i asked for get another one, and he said only refund or replace if the device don't work at all.
