Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arlington

I have lived in the Arlington area for over 5 years and Pizza Hut in Arlington Tn, used to deliver to me. For over the past few months I have gotten online to make a order and have it delivered to my house. The online website does not say anything about my distance. I know they can b/c when I tried to order from "Papa Johns" it tells me that i'm out of their delivery range. So I place my order online from pizza hut and like I said earlier where I live was never a issue before. The website lets me place my order and pay. I get a phone call from the manager saying they don't deliver to my house anymore and ask me if I wanted to come to the store to pick it up. "If I wanted to go to the store and Pick it up" I would not have asked for a delivery. So its false advertising to let people think they can get a pizza delivered then call them to say that we don't deliver to your area. So I told the manager that the driver would get a 20% Tip to drive out here but she still refused. So I kindly told her that your competition "Domino's" Delivers out here and I will be giving my business to them from now on. This wouldn't have even been a issue if the website told me that I was out of range b/c I would have just went to another pizza place that actually wants my business. I've been very disappointed in Pizza Hut lately. My step father was a franchisee for Pizza Hut in the 80's and 90's and Pizza Hut has gone down hill seriously since then.

This visit was as atrocious as the last 4 or 5 visits. The food is made incorrectly, wait times are excessive. The only reason I keep trying is they serioiusly have the best wings. This visit I called and placed my order. I arrived 20 minutes after my order was placed and had to wait another 20 minutes after I arrived. They only had 2 people working in the location and obviously were very busy. They put the wrong sauce on my wings and had to remake them. So, I had to wait another 20 minutes. Everyone was having to wait. The pizza's were backed up on both decks of the oven. I would say they are badly managed.

I've decided that I'm probably not going to use this location again. The other locations aren't much better, but they are at least a little. If I could get these same wings somewhere else, I definitely wouldn't ever eat at any...

Service and quality of food here is terrible. Joshua stands over you while you’re paying just to make sure you tip, then you wait an extra 15-20mins for your pizza that should’ve been ready. He blames it on lack of staff but that’s not a good excuse. He didn’t even apologize, scratch that he never apologizes for late orders.. yet expects a tip. I’ve even seen him take cash (which i am assuming is from tips) straight from the drawer and stash it before going to handle food. This is not just on one occasion, this is everytime he rings someone up that pays with card not cash . It’s like geesh atleast wait until the night to get your money. This has happened three times now — he cares more about tips than actually getting orders out on time. Please do better.. i would really hate to have to drive out of Arlington where i live to another Pizza Hut because of this. Atleast be sympathetic towards your customers aswell.
