I am writing this review to detail a disappointing experience with both the food quality and customer service at this Sonic location. On 10/6, I ordered a Chicken Tender Meal. Upon arriving home, I was highly dissatisfied to find that the chicken tenders appeared old and stale. The fries were also clearly past their prime. I was offered to remake my meal but I declined because while i was home i begin to cook my daughter food. I drove back to the location to address the issue. I was informed that I would only be refunded for the tenders and the unused soda, with the staff refusing to refund the entire meal because my daughter had consumed the fries on the way home. I believe this policy is unreasonable. Having to drive home, discover the poor food quality, load up my children, and drive back to the restaurant is a significant inconvenience, which was caused entirely by the store serving substandard food. A full refund should have been provided to compensate for the waste of time and the unacceptable meal. The combination of serving old food and providing a partial, inconvenient resolution reflects a poor standard of quality and customer care. Read moreWe came this morning to get food and the second we pulled up a girl walks out and with a disgusting attitude told us they had no food or drinks! If that’s so why are other people being served!?! We have had numerous encounters with the disgusting customer service including this girl who who know has lied before because we overheard her telling one of her friends that pulled up in the stall next to ours that she was getting ready to go home and was tryna get as many people to leave as possible by telling them they were out of things or that the system is down ! That is a horrible thing to do and I hope yall get rid of the bad apples on y’all’s serving team! We have tried to be patient and hope things improve here because we don’t wanna drive all the way to Oakland or Lakeland just for sonic but after today…. It’ll be so much more worth it! I saw the first cheeseburger description on the screen, so I asked if they heard the modifications for the second and was told they heard me. The thing lady brings the food out, and she enough the second cheeseburger has everything in it even though I asked the young lady who brought the food out was it correct. She said yes, so here I am having to hit the button again, so I told them the burger was incorrect. The same lady comes out, this time with an attitude. She asked what's supposed to be on the burger.
