My brother and I ordered take out from the ElMezcal in Arlington, TN. I looked at the menu online to place our order. When we got there, I paid for the order but thought it was higher than what I figured from the online pricing. So I went back inside. The person that rung me out asked me if I needed something else? I said "I think I was over charged." Instead of trying to help me he immediately got defensive and said that I wasn't overcharged. I told him what I ordered and he said "yes, you ordered 2 El Mezcal Specials." So then I asked him how much they are? He said "you are holding a menu, you should know how much they are." I asked him again "how much are they?" He then printed a ticket with the price and tossed it in my hand while walking away. Instead of showing me where the difference was he was very defensive and he didn't want to help me. I did see the difference and what I was charged was correct, but his attitude and customer service was horrible. I will never go back to this location and I will not recommend...

We scanned the QR menu at the table to order our food, however, when it was time to pay for our food, to our surprise the food prices were much higher. I told the manager this and he said their prices had gone up and they have a new menu which reflect the new prices (which we were never given); I asked him would he honor the prices that they STILL have posted and he said "No!" My wife then replied "you have lost a customer" and his response was "I lose customers all the time, so you're not the first!". Wow! I've just never heard that...
