I wouldnât even give them one star. Worst place to eat in Arlington, TN! Every single time I have gone in there, the service has been terrible and they are always out of something. Last week, I went in during lunch and ordered a sub that was listed as $3(very cheap, so I assumed it was a special) on the menu and when I got to the register, the (very rude) cashier told me my total was $4.27. I asked why was my total so much on a $3 sandwich and her response was, âbecause you have to pay taxes.â I told her that tax on $3 wouldnât be $1.27. At this point she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. After that, the manager walked over and I explained it to her, but she didnât understand either, then said that they forgot to put the .89 sticker on that sandwich and I would have to pay the full amount...which was only .89 cents more, but I should have had to pay what was listed on the menu in their restaurant. 2 people were behind me, so I paid the full amount, got my food and sat down. A minute later, I hear the cashier making fun of me to a customer that was behind me in line while the manager was standing right beside her laughing. This subway needs new management, new employees and A LOT of training on food handling and especially customer service.    Read moreOrdered ahead for my house then after arriving in the parking lot, I was called and told one of the sandwiches was unavailable. They told me I could swap it out or refund and reorder. I chose to swap it out, then was told that wasn't an option. So I reordered.
After another half hour of waiting, I went inside to get the food. It wasn't ready yet. Then they gave it to someone else. I called back to see what my housemates wanted to do and they said to just cancel it. I went inside and asked if I could just cancel the order - they asked if I was sure, I said yes.
Throughout this I wasn't rude, I waited patiently and asked politely. Yet one of the employees decided to call me names on the way out - I guess because I wasn't keen on waiting another half hour for some food.
Never complained about the service of a restaurant until now. But even the owner gave some canned, meaningless response. What a thorough...

When I said my order, one lady acted as if she was making my sandwich. She then repeats my order to the worker next to her who rolled her eyes when I entered. That woman asks for my order again, and I realize sheâs still working on some online order. Then she finally gets my bread out after asking me to repeat what I wanted⌠a third time.
