I would rate this business zero stars if I could. I've purchased from this business for years and always supported this local business, posting them, recommending them, and everything. For the first time I purchase an expensive ring ($75). I wore it a total of 5 times and all of a sudden after I put my ring on, the stone fell out on the ground. Before this, I noticed the stone was looking very dim (It sat in my jewelry box for months and again wore it 5 times) never went in water with it and in a matter of 4 months the whole ring falls apart.

I reach out and the owner said she could offer me 15% a future purchase. I asked for an exchange of something equivalent or to bring the ring in to be fixed and the owner refused stating she has a family and she can't accommodate me and told me that my ring in good condition when it was sold. I have expensive rings and have had them for years and never experienced this so the ring was clearly not of good quality. I would not advise purchasing anything expensive from this business. A crystal or something small is one thing but a purchase like this with horrible customer service is not worth it. I will never recommend this business again to anyone nor will I ever shop here again. The owner stated she also did not care if I didn't shop at her store again and "wished me the best". Oh I’m so bummed to be writing this review. I follow Freedom Rocks on Instagram and was excited to visit the store when I found out I would be traveling to Asbury Park on business. The store itself is beautiful in a light airy space. Great selection of product. I had a negative experience in the store though. When I walked in the owner was on what was definitely a personal phone call. That’s fine at first, but she didn’t make any eye contact with me, didn’t stop her conversation and ignored me and two other customers. She was getting into a heated conversation and started swearing profusely…I can swear like a sailor, but know NOT to do that in front of clients. I did have a question and her husband, who was filling in tried to answer, but realized he needed to ask his wife. Instead of her getting off the phone to help, she came over with phone in hand, brusquely gestured over to the item in question and proceeded to still carry on her phone call. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a store, and felt so uncomfortable I had to leave. Disappointed. Please do better by...

Freedom Rocks deserves way more than five stars! If you’re not already shopping there, stop what you’re doing right now and run, don’t walk! The selection of crystals and spiritual goodies is abundant and the prices are seriously the best around. I’ve shopped both in person and through their live sales on Instagram. They’ve also put together custom orders of crystal grids and mystery boxes for me that I’ve kept for myself and given as gifts.

The owner Danielle is knowledgeable, and also incredibly supportive of other local businesses, especially women owned businesses. There are few business owners who lift up and support others as much as she does.
