Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Virginia

I have ordered from here twice will never order from this location again i specifically ordered from this location for the blizzards didn’t receive any of the blizzards I ordered my order wasn’t even right the “manager” Teti was extremely rude when I was trying to explain to her multiple times I didn’t receive them then she said I shouldn’t have referred to them as drinks !!!!?!?! Mind you I said key words like “New York Cheesecake” etc she then proceeds to tell there not on my receipt when I ordered through Uber so all the items were after going back and force trying to manage the most disgusting attitude I have seen in a while she finally admits that they made the drinks and there still there and tells me I need to come pick them up and offers me “ free items” to make up for it after all this hassle calls me back twice after wards realizing she was wrong but at that point i really didn’t even want it anymore talking to customers like that especially when you’re in the wrong is absolutely disgusting WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN !!!! Zero accountability shifting the blame on to others as well this is the first time I have ever been so up set I had to go on too google and leave a review like a “Karen” . If I could rate this 0 stars I WOULD spent 80 dollars just to be abrasively talked to on the phone 🤩!!! AND NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE ITEM AND WAS NOT EVEN OFFERED MY MONEY BACK FOR EVERYTHING STILL SITTING...

"Just get it to go." It's clear the wife owner doesn't want to work there as she is rude and short with customers. She wanted to charge a lady in front of me for extra sprinkles even though the lady had been standing there so long for their credit card machine to connect she ate most of her ice cream. For her long wait, it should have been free. There is no Air Conditioning for eating inside, so be prepared to sweat. You must stand in line for soda refills. Our Buster Bar had been melted and refroze, luckily we had opened it at the counter waiting for our credit card to process and the husband Owner saw it too. Husband Owner looked inside another box from the freezer and said that they were all "no good. Just get something else." So I ordered a cone with crunch coat, but they don't carry that standard DQ topping. Sigh. Sign on the door says Help Wanted. They need it, but I imagine it's hard to keep help there with the attitudes...

the rudest service. went into DQ, ordered 3 blizzards, one was wrong but the man nicely remade it - but the women who was in the store at the time started out by sitting in a corner, then as the man was making our order decided to try and have him start some busy work. she checked us out and we had asked for lids on our blizzards, she then decided to let me know i should tell them prior to ordering because that way they won’t fill them as much. she was having trouble putting a lid on one (without gloves this entire time, plus when charging my card and touching product) she asked me to put the lid on mine. she then decided to get frustrated with me after i had placed the lid and decided to tell me that “i didn’t understand what she was saying and how i was wrong” about placing a lid on the top of a cup. incredibly rude staff, will...
