I don’t really ever leave reviews but this place definitely deserves one.

This is the best Jeweler in Asheville hands down. I went to almost every jewelry store in all of Asheville and to save you time - this is the one to go to. For both reasonable price and truly quality customer service, Reeds in the Asheville mall is the best.

The person I dealt with was Christian Jones, and he helped me through every single angle of my purchase. It was important to me that I could take my time and make sure I got this purchase absolutely perfect as this was my first large jewelry purchase (an engagement ring). It was also important that I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to buy anything I didn’t need. He made sure to compare each ring as many times as I needed (which was a lot).

The size and clarity Diamond ring I wanted was more than double the price at Jared’s and other nearby jewelers. We sifted through so many different configurations until we found the one in my price range.

Christian walked me through every single option I could possibly want and helped me pick an engagement ring that gave me the biggest diamond for the most reasonable price. Everything I asked for I got and more - which rarely happens at most places I go.

Nestor is an incredible salesmen and was able to talk me through purchasing an engagement ring. He asked me my budget and what was important to me and made sure I got exactly the right ring. He was able to get the stone set in a reasonable amount of time and had it ready for me when he said he would. Nestor is kind and you can tell he loves his job.

We went back in to get the ring resized and look at wedding bands, this time we were lucky to work with Katie. She also made us feel special and like we were the only ones in the store. Nestor checked in on us a few times while we shopped with Katie, but Katie took all the time we needed even though we were not buying anything that day.

Today we picked up the resized engagement ring, it is top quality and we are very happy with it, we will definitely continue to do business with...

I mistakenly had a watch battery replaced at one of the kiosks in the mall. They broke my watch trying to pry it open with a hammer and pick!!! I scooped up the pieces and went looking for help. Christian at Reeds managed to put my watch back together beautifully. When he went to set the time, we discovered the crown pin had also been broken! Christian sent my watch to the manufacturer, had it completely repaired, cleaned, and polished! When I asked what was owed for the repair, he said no charge!! I am grateful for Christian’s courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, and fantastic customer service! I’d suggest if you need a replacement battery, save a headache, skip the kiosks, and go see Christian at Reeds. They also carry really beautiful jewelry!! I give Reeds and Christian 10...
